Hi Brooklyn! Great video and thank you for giving people really good info on using both bottles. You're right - take both with 8 oz of water, haha. They're great separately, but work best together as they both enhance each other and make a more powerful cleanse / detox. Many times we have people take the Candi Cleanse just like the Para Detox - 2 caps 3 times per day for 10 days. That way it makes for a powerful and really effective 10 day program for both bottles, especially for people dealing with pesky healthy / flora issues that won't go away. Also note, since this video is about the gut - if you're flushing out a lot of toxins just make sure you're going to the bathroom well too! I mean going #2! We should be going easily, comfortably and after every meal, but at least once per day. If you need help, you can always add in a colon cleanse with these products (one of our colon cleansers like the 15 Day Colon Detox or another company's cleanse. Candi cleanse help me lose 10 pounds, and lose the bloat. I had no idea why I felt so bad and couldn’t drop weight even while eating great. This works. Weight loss, and energy increased. Not sure what part of this formula is doing but, I’m on my third bottle daily with no side effects.
