Excellent self reflection! It’s also resonates with how I was brought up growing up. It’s tough when your own parent demands unconditional attention, yet my needs were neglected and really affected me! I’m now rewiring my thoughts to unlearn this behavior, as well as healing and working on ourselves isn’t selfish.
