Hi! This was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Thank you so much for making this video! I have a question. I'm not sure if you will still see this... But the first example you showed you put the paper in the water with the transfer. The second example you showed for allowing some movement with the image (EXACTLY what I want) you showed the paper outside the water tray. Was that paper dry? Or did you wet it first? Thanks!
I remember the Impossible Project. I used to shoot the last generation Impossible Project in April 2017 (before my depression and PTSD), until all of sudden a few months later it changes the name to Polaroid Originals, and now it's just Polaroid. I've shot alot of Polaroids over the years. I shot mostly SX-70 now, compared to 600 film in the first five years of shooting it.

can i find this paper bigger size to make this technique? maybe a2 ? can you help me about that?
@@srad. Hiii! Thank you so much for your reply! I printed at the print store. Their printer is a PROGRAF PRO-4100. I also used a different paper than yours as I'm in Canada. The paper is called Printers Jack Waterslide Decal Paper. Could it be the paper? I need urgent help!pleeease!
Found your channel through your review of the Pentax 115M which I randomly got recently as a first step towards shooting film. And if I thought I felt inspired just by that fact, or by the fact that I've found a working Polaroid in my grandma's house, it's nothing compared to how inspired I feel after watching this video! Love the vibes, love the music. A projector is essentially the only furniture in my living room, and seeing how cool it can look on film, oh my god! 😍 Instant subscribe
Crazy... the local store had a lot of "new" old stock ones of these for about $30... so I bought like 3 of them (so I could load them each with different films I guess and to have backups...). The big appeal here was the size and convenience (and the cost). I have regular 35mm SLRs but sometimes it's not practical to get everything together and this camera is so nice because it's small and ready to go pretty much at any time and it fits in a coat pocket.
I’ve shot a few packs of good spectra film and got past the jamming by gently hitting the side of the camera a few times while it ejects. Also all those “flames” across the images are where the opacifier failed, you can avoid them by covering each photo right after they eject for about 5 minutes.
sorry I'm late to the game here, I'm spending less time on youtube lately 🙁. I definitely appreciate the adventure vlogs more than just thoughts on a film stock and a film-stocky video title doesn't make me go "oh hey that looks fun"
My fav shot was at 7:43 When you talked about Bandit eating grass, it reminded me of an American Bulldog I had years ago who constantly would chew on his giant play rope. This rope was THICK but maybe up of smaller strands. Unfortunately I would see him doing the "non-stop ass-scoot-drag" which was my cue to pull out whatever long piece of rope was exiting. I hope you weren't eating. Also, on engagement I've noticed the same. I think people are overall maybe doing less RU-vidy stuff. Dunno 🤷
Hahaha I'm all too familiar to "pull out whatever" from my dog so its all good 🤣 Lou said the same thing. Just less people on YT watching and buying film 😔
I think we started mixing in a bit of rabbit food when our dog started eating a lot of grass. They have these little grass bricks you can get for rabbits. And I guess it helps dogs with fiber. Or that might have been when they started eating their poop.
Oh, Photos though. I like the portrait with your dog and guy, and the building photos from when you were in Pittsburgh. Love me those right angles and concrete. I'm not really a fan of the color palette here. I guess you could modify some of that with post-processing but at that point you might want to just look at a different stock
Lol good to know ill have to look into it!! Yeah I'm curious to see how my last roll turns out/if I can edit them to where I like them better, but like you said, might as well just get a different film at that point
Nice those turned out really good! I actually hated the one roll I shot at 400, it was too grainy, colors looked bad, low contrast. Then I saw a tip to shoot it at 100 ISO and now I'm convinced it's actually a 100 ISO film because it looks amazing.
I just can't deal with the Olympus Stylus line of cameras. They were so overhyped and overrated and all they did was miss focus most of the time. What pieces of junk. But you know what if bozos want to pay hundreds for them due to FOMO or hoarding well have fun but I had to offload mine. Good riddance!
You know what's super weird, I shot a roll of 92 at 200, and was going to make a vid about it next. So I think I'm going to push that one back to prevent further conversations about the srad/Lou singularity
Hahaha dude I've been stuck on editing this one for awhile and I saw yours and was like you know what im gonna finish editing my spectra vid. And funny enough I was further along editing it than I originally thought sooo here it is ahaha
I have a small ounce of hope that they will figure out how to fix the issue and start producing again... but im sure it wont be happening any time soon lol
Your channel is sooo underrated. Always great content, well edited, great music, super helpful! Here’s to your eventual breakthrough and road to 100k subs!
