your video is very happy ❤️❤️❤️ Good evening I would like you to do video how many bag of cement can go on 20T off sand to mode 6” and 9” and. 5” block two pieces of inch block on 20 ton of sand Thank you, sir
I gave my suggestion on the number of blocks to produce with a bag of cement for both 6 and 9 inch blocks whether hollow or solid, and the NIS recommendation is on 9 inch load & non load bearing blocks.
The walls should emanate from the foundation, and it is your engineer or builder that will determine the ones that shouldn't (if there is any) depending on the load bearing capacity of the soil.
It is possible to replace the reinforced columns with block columns. But sometimes you may need reinforced beams on the fence depending on the nature of the land.
@HousinginfoNG After paying for the building plan, when the construction begins, do you have to pay the engineer for bn at the site for the construction?
It is not bad as long as the raft foundation is well done, and i guess the soil has low bearing capacity so the hollow blocks can reduce the overall weight of the building on the land. However 6 inch hollow blocks are not ideal if you are using strip foundation.
The concrete fascia is commonly refered to as parapet in Nigeria especially by non professionals in the building industry, but a parapet wall is a wall that extends beyond the roof in a house as seen in the video.

It depends on the size and design of the three bedroom bungalow. I will soon publish a video on the cost of building a three bedroom bungalow in Nigeria.
Hi everyone, Please watch to the end, like, and subscribe. Also, note that the ceilings referred to in this video are ceiling boards and not POP ceilings.
Good information, but i think it is better to plaster the house before doing the pop. Otherwise. the pop will be stained with cement. If you do the pop first the walls will be stained with the pop product you will screed the walls
Yea, you can do the pop after the plastering, but if you are using ceiling boards then you have to install the ceiling before the plastering, and I was referring to ceiling boards in the video.
