Wow. VERY insightful. For all of us. The yearning for validation and the fear of intimacy. You have done so much work these last several years. Huzzah!
You are so brave and loving to ask for the darkness to come for you to transform. I absolutely loved that part. Your journey was amazing! I still haven't tried the rapé (nose tobacco), but after hearing your experience, I'm intrigued!
I have heard it said that forgiveness is a process and not a destination and that is why we often must revisit or release over and over again. Good talk. Thank you.
I love the authenticity of this one. We do really need to share with one another the hard shit we go through and the shadow side of things. I tend to want to hide my shadow, lock it away, and act like I'm only light all the time but that's simply not true. Even accepting my shadow has been a big lesson for me. Which I know is silly. Who could think that way?!?!
Forgiveness and living in the present are so important. I know it's also hard for me to forgive myself. That is something I've really been trying to do. Love this one.
I think you're right that it is cyclical, and we do get deeper and deeper into it. What a beautiful healing of your lineage to merge the energies. The universe does have our back and we need to not forget it.
Wow. So very deep. I think our cultures too often support and demand codependency in our human relations. Growing to a point where we can stand in our own validation is a worthy goal.
I think this incredibly accurate, and I think that, that Hawaiian prayer is very very powerful and I'm glad you talked to that booga boo the way you did. Made me want to tell my booga boos they gotta come up or they're going to be left behind too!
