Except now I have no choice except to accept their choice of my thumbnail unless i have one of my own. Dorks don't even give me the three suck choices I had before. But I'm always aware of the gradual degradation of service, finding this the norm all across the board.. Like it somehow takes money away from them or something. Weird.
