Krizia I applied did the phone interview which she emailed me benefits of the company schedule in person interview I thought it went well , and I didn’t get the job . This is something I have been wanting to do for almost 2 years now . Any advice ? How long should I wait to re apply ?
Hi!! Im sorry to hear that! But im sure you can try again! And dont lose hope! 🙏 Do you have any experience in the Medical field? They probably interviewed a lot of people and only picked a few! Try again in a few months! 🙏💜
👋🏽I’ve been accepted to the Dialysis 👩🏽⚕️training program . I asked God if he would allow me to have this job. He wants us to ask big& baby this was a big one😄The description is on the Indeed website under Davita. Wishing everyone the best. I’m overjoyed, a lil nervous& looking forward to this new opportunity/ journey for myself. I just got sooo excited when you answered the phone saying: Is this Crystal that’s my name too! It’s no mistake that I found your channel definitely spirit led. I’ve subscribed immediately! 🎉🥰💜🌸
Im switching soon or moving on to Cali and it will be a huge change from hospital to dialysis. I am currently in Arkansas. How can DM you? Your amazing sis!

Ganda naman ng vlog mo nag apply ako sa davita without any knowledge about dialysis tech, kaya napadpad ako sa channel mo,is it easy to learn for the first timer
Hiii can you please ask how much does a new grad RN without experience make per hour? I was told $40 an hour but someone else said Davita pays $45 for RN
@@KRIZIAYANEZA Can we know about your make up or GRWM pls? What specific make up/products do you use on long shifts? Ung mask proof and transfer proof that last the whole shift 😅🙏🏼💜
Its like the universe is trying to tell me something. I just recently saw a Davita job posting close to home and now your video in my feed. Really enjoy transparency
@KRIZIAYANEZA My wife's a nurse and I've been in accounting for over 10yrs. I really feel it's time for a change where I can make an impact in the world. Thank you very much for your support.
@magnumopus7199 No problem! Glad we're all in the same mindset of trying to make an impact in the world. 🙏 I think no matter where we land we all make an impact in some ways. 😁 I hope salary cut is not a problem for you because if you've been in accounting for so long you probably have a good amount of pay. Because with being a Dialysis Tech you start lower depending what state you live. Just thought you should know. 👍 but if its not a problem then great!
@KRIZIAYANEZA You're absolutely right about that, very well said. Umm yeah, the pay was cool for sure, but since wifey is a nurse its not that much of a burden. Really looking for a new skill and the human connection you know. I will keep you posted as I move forward and thanks again, love your openness with your content 💪🏽 🙏🏽
I've been trying to do PCT since i'm about to go to school..i just want to get in the door at a hospital. It seems very difficult. I've been applying since the beginning of the month. I've been doing online CNA courses & watching all the tasks videos. Since i'm about to do med assist. I don't want to spend the $ for CNA too..I watch so many day in the life of PCT videos. it's really nothing that i can't do..I guess maybe the hospitals take so long to respond to applications. I've even applied for patient transport. Just looking for something to do at night/ weekends..any advise?
Its normal to feel that way!😊 I was nervous too! But just concentrate and keep doing it because It's very repetitive. The more you do it the faster you learn. Good luck!! You got this!
I want to keep being a tech but the pay is paycheck to paycheck most months unless I put in 110+hours per pay period. Its killer and the audit person has it out for my clinic and boss fr
