My question is that is there a way to make it repetable. so i can repeat the quest over and over without deleting my data to do it? Simple explation: I want it so i can talk to it (to get the quest) complete it then after that i can talk to it again to repeat a quest again.

This kind of thing is infuriating. There's no way to fight against such a thing. If I was you guys, I'd have made my own server and messaged LITERALLY EVERYONE on this unofficial server to move over because of bad moderators. Also would have made the devs on the official Discord aware of what's going on, they would have been able to contact Discord staff and get the unofficial server shut down or something I expect. On the plus side I don't see this server anymore when searching "ark" on Discord, the top hit IS the official ARK server. Hopefully most people find it via this route, and not some old link to a now dead server.
.bro while using custom npc with replay mod in 1.16.5 for forge...i record my scene with replay mod...but when i go to edit that replay video to get ciematics...the skins of custom npcs are reset to steves skin ....out of 20 npc 17-18 npc lose their skin...an you please help me out...also pc is no issue ...my pc is strong enough for anything in minecraft

Too bad, the mod creator did all that work for the ui and the mod. Had they only added some arrays they could have checked if the npc was an appropriate type and just checked what armor and weapons they have to change the stats dynamically.

Ive been searching everywhere for a solution to npc follower/guards. If in multiplayer, can anyone just take your follower by paying the same amount (assuming npc is following you already)? Or is there a way to prevent this? Does disabling the GUI only work on the player who hired the npc or does tht affect all players? Thanks if anyone happens to respond to this!

You can make it the NPC, or you can technically make it so they drop a specific Item with NBT tags. (Ex a skull that is named after them). But that is a video it it's own

well 1 issue, I'm using custom NPCS on a server on 1.16.5 but the follower menu won't show up whenever I click edit in fact it always switches back to either Trader or Bank, any help?
