The story is a historical fiction, which starts with a young Hazara boy assassinates King Nadir Shah in 1933.

Born 1952 - Against my father’s wishes, my mother was adamant I be right-handed. Added to my speech problems I was labeled a “slow learner”. As an adult and finding out, I asked her why she did it…She was still adamant if not more so, that at the time she was doing the right thing. I have had a good life but sometimes a wonder how things would have been different. I joke I am one of the few people that can honestly say my mother messed me up
When a right-handed person does something good we don't mention them being right handed. E.g. Einstein was right-handed but we don't talk about it, if he was left-handed, we would be saying that left-handers are smarter. In fact, many left-handers spread lies that Einstein was left-handed and that Darwin too but in fact they were right handed. I was searching to see if left-handers are more likely to be dishonest when I stumbled across stats showing that they are 3x as likely to be criminals.

The Savoias need a reason to destroy the reign of Due Sicilie and the bizarre Lombroso research trigged the creation the concentration camps scattered in north Italy and use that the army to attach and burn down villages in south Italy. So the first to create concentration camps wasn't Hitler, were the Royal Savoia family that brought the economy in their territory to fail while the south was rich and prosperous. The 1861 Italy is the most dark period of the history and should be be study in conduction with this so called theory that do not find any real support in modern science.
