I got to the support window, because I have stupid S mode, but it doesn't give me a chat option. From the System > Activation screen, you can click the "S mode" and "go to store". And opt out of S mode.

Thank you so much I been looking at a lot of other videos they showed the same things how to change the app settings but my laptop didn't have the " The Microsoft store only recommendation " but you went farther to go into the system settings and changed the settings to get out of S mode.
