Thank you a million times, I have been trying to fix this for hours, and watched many videos with no results but your details in this video, save the day
Thank you so much - this is the only video I found that even mentions getting out of the S mode. OMG I tried and tried to figure it out - I looked at videos and read tons of "fixes" so that I could install an application that I have trusted on all of my laptops - My new one ugh would not let me. In less than 5 minutes the problem was solved!!!
Brother thank you very much, you were the only one who could help me, I speak Spanish but it was so simple that I didn't have to understand much. Thank you
Thank you so much I been looking at a lot of other videos they showed the same things how to change the app settings but my laptop didn't have the " The Microsoft store only recommendation " but you went farther to go into the system settings and changed the settings to get out of S mode. Thanks. You also saved my laptop because I was about to break it lol😅
Merci pour cette vidéo ça fait des mois je cherchais comment installer des applications sans window store et la je suis vraiment satisfait grand merci à vous et bonne continuation 😅
Hi, I just purchased my new laptop today. However, there is no option on my Advance App Settings that says, "Choose where to get apps". I have watched all other videos that teach to fix it, but my laptop is the only one that has no "Choose where to get apps" option. My laptop is HP Windows 11 Home S mode.
I got to the support window, because I have stupid S mode, but it doesn't give me a chat option. From the System > Activation screen, you can click the "S mode" and "go to store". And opt out of S mode.
