Back through the 70s I had several nice and fast cars and would go to the local Drive-ins and park our cars, walk around admiring other cars in the lot and just shoot the shit. Also enjoy great burgers, fries and cherry Cokes. If someone would a negociate race, we all would calmly head out to a country road in the sticks to race. "YES" it was illeagal, and somewhat dangerous, but not in city limits where traffic was all around. Absolutely none of this crazy, stupid, brainless, unsafe, show off shit. I grew up at some piont and began a family and in the early 2000s, I built a beautiful 10 second Fox Mustang to race. After attending a few of these meets I quit taking my car out and quit going all together. I couldn't believe how this younger generation acted. Risking life and limb doing this stupid drifting and high speed fly bys, just tearing the hell out of their cars. All attracting the police. I had way too much money, time, and pride invested in my Mustang, and too much money in the racing slicks to do these senceless burn-offs, and risk some dumb~ass crashing into my ride. So, my car sat in the garage until race day at the drag strip. I'm sorry, but these kids today have no respect for others or their own cars and don't have the brains to realize how "QUICK" a powerful car can get out of control and kill someone!!!
First time seen this type of content. And I have to say that it’s not even hate or none of that but the cars are ugly such nice cars done wrong. I mean that white thing on 30s and the mopart team looks hard to. But all this other extra shit it’s gona have to be a big nono!!!!!!
Even though I don't like loud cars going through residential areas, especially late at night, I do understand that people with really cool cars like these just want to have some fun. However, please don't put your life or the lives of the people around you at risk of getting hurt or killed. It is definitely not worth getting someone hurt or killed and going to prison for several years.
Did this crap in Philadelphia in mid 80s it was crazy then when people paid attention attention to the dangerous surroundings. Now life like a video game ...reset laalaalaalaa...always horrible and sad when this happens
I remember years ago when I was doing this stuff. I can tell you it's exciting and an addictive atmosphere, all up to that point it all crashes down. It's not worth it. Unfortunately, most don't realize it until they are involved in a night where someone is lost. If you want to meet up go ahead. If you have to race, find a track and do it right. But this is just playing with lives, and not just the participants.
I don’t understand why all these people get boners, watching someone smoke his wheels, and rev the engine, and drive really really fast!! It’s amazing how any of those idiots that are basically standing in the lane of traffic to take pictures or video, don’t get hit and killed! But hey, all these a holes driving like idiots, think they’re so cool that they could kiss themselves if it was possible! So I’m not surprised mr. yellow car that was smoking his tires crashed and ended three lives!! He THOUGHT he was all that and a bottle of Jack! I hate that anybody gets killed, I don’t wish that upon anybody, however, I hope whoever drove that car that crashed enjoyed his last couple minutes. I will never understand this mentality. 😢
