Lisa is much smoother, Kozak seems to put more physical effort into each stroke making it look harder while Lisa's action looks effortless with a higher stroke rate.
So many coaches harp on "Do not rock the boat when paddling, keep it flat, you're wasting energy", but this boat is rocking. The boat rocking is clearly not the problem.
