iM xMarc Full body is the most correct...legs will help you and will give you a few speed but if you press much hard you will be tired at 250m...so Good leg press...good peace...and back twirl!!!
I think its about hitting a target speed then maintaining speed as efficiently as you can... I tell kids imagine running around the field on your hands...we run with our legs and paddle as much as we can with our legs...this guy does that amazing I think...
