Speaking for minority groups Colorado sucks!! There are only 1% black nurses in Colorado. That tells you something. For minority groups Colorado is hard to advance your career. The folks here love whites better. Honestly a reality!! Great video !!
I’m moving to Colorado in a few weeks from Miami as well. I’m still debating whether I should drive my car or ship it. How long did it take you in total? And is it worth it with tolls and gas? Any recommendations would be truly appreciated! 🙏🏼
My boyfriend and I took exactly 3 days to drive to the western side of Colorado from Miami. We stopped each night to sleep in the car at random large (well lit) rest stops with other cars and RVs doing the same. It wasn’t bad at all honestly and we got to see so many new places along the way and just made a fun trip out of it. It wasn’t too expensive since we didn’t stay at hotels and for gas, you can calculate the trip cost with apps like gas buddy I think or just google “calculate gas trip”. Hope this helps!

Moving to Orlando soon from Denver! CO is so overrated...I have kids and need more than mountains in my life....CO only attractions are, hiking,biking, camping..... None of which interest me and my family....we have done over a dozen mountain towns....they are all the same...CO is 😴 we moved to Denver from Houston, TX 2 years ago and of course it was exciting...in the beginning.... Now we sit at home on our days off trying to figure out where to go besides the mountains....looking forward to FL!
Yeah, you've got the Miami accent. I've never heard it until I was watching one of my (now) favorite RU-vidrs who is from Miami, and I first thought she was not born in America. I would describe the Miami accent as sounding like someone whose native language is not english....but coming somewhere from a latin American country and learning to speak english fluently and almost without an accent..but there is still something there.
Let's see, 3 1/2 hours to DIA... I'll say you're in Eagle vail or around there. Hope you are enjoying Colorado. I'm born and raised, so tend to take it for granted. No complaints! Trees are starting to turn yellow and orange it's still something I'm not used to (season changes) and I love it! I think I'm going to stay in Colorado for a very long time and planning to actually buy a house next year.
I love Florida and want to move there mostly cause I’m an amusement park junkie and I want to work down there, but I also love mountains more than beaches and I’m conflicted to where I want to live
Que'bola! Hey Dude. I am from Miami too. I wanted to know how cold is the winter? I've lived in little Havana all the time. I want to move to Colorado since I'm done with school. Also are there good cuban restaurants?
Winter is different every year. This past winter the coldest it ever got where I live was - 10 degrees Fahrenheit & I didn't mind it with a good winter coat and thermals. Driving was fine with my winter tires in the snow and Spanish food here is mainly Mexican not Cuban which sucks. I've only seen ONE Cuban place in Denver and it wasn't that good.

Moving to Colorado Springs from the Tampa area July 30th. It's more of a return home for me. I miss the Springs so much it actually has me sad to think I ever moved from there
