Its rediculous that patients cant walk out of the ER with their own labs values! Its also interesting that medical records can be released if the provider finds it to be in the best interest of patient.
3. Question? for any state and federal rules and regulations, what would be the best way (rule of thumb) to look up rules and regulations by publication? ex: what publication would I look in if I wanted to know, get information or process on destruction and retention of Microfiche or what is the process of destruction of Microfiche?
1. Question? Where specifically can I find (look) for the rules and regulations on how and by what means a patient may receive a request for their medical records.
So, my doctor's office in Georgia asking for $253.00 is just above average. They are asking this to persuade me not to drive an hour to pick up the records to keep hiding something. Interesting
Everyone should contact HIPAA and inform them that they no longer are allowed to vend our records and anyone should be able to opt out of them having your records at all. Your records are accessible to every globalist with med. staff for the purpose of experimentation, as with GMO foods. Med. records and home titles should have never been made available online, only in hospital servers accessed by your med. team only. Many times data is vended from online data bases and called a databreach later.
