Im glad that gping forward Mail reading bills and understanding my policy and suplimental is best for me and my family.

I wish he followed each individual bullet point instead of quickly skimming through some. I found myself reading more than listening. I am still grateful for the video, but maybe I'm too used to the standard RU-vid tutorial :)
