Hi guys! 🌵 Welcome to my RU-vid channel- my name is Chloe Wen, and I’m a Nashville based RU-vidr, and blogger!! I love talking all things fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and basically everything else!
I love sharing my life with you in weekly vlogs & I'm constantly sharing hauls and reviews for some of my favorite brands like Mejuri, Abercrombie, Madewell, etc! I've even got some discount codes to my favorites!
Hey Chloe! How are you loving the Sezane Milo in the Natural Heritage?? I'm wondering about the scratching on it...have you been able to manage to keep it in pretty good shape for the last however many months you've had it? I just got the glossy burgundy one and I'm afraid that even this one's going to scratch. I was really leaning back and forth between the two and now that I have the burgundy I thought about getting the natural heritage as well but I wanted to know what your thoughts are on it thus far in terms of scratching.
You’re doing the best for your baby ❤ and I totally relate about how it goes so fast! My baby is almost 8 months and the newborn stage feels like so long ago. Take care!!
This was SUCH a realistic c section recovery, new baby video. I too had an unexpected c section and had not watched or researched much about them or their recoveries because I had no reason before labor to think I'd need one. But you hit the nail on the head with what this was like.
Thanks for this beautiful video….so nice to have you back again…and sooo fast! I mean you are impatiently wanting to be just like before…but I do believe you’re way ahead of schedule. You’re recovering from two major procedures! It takes your body at least a year to completely heal from giving birth…so good job! I love your first white top, but it’s sold out already! 👎Do you think it will come back?
Hope enjoy the video!!!! 🌸 All of the outfits are linked on the blog HERE - bychloewen.com/all-topics/abercrombie-summer-new-arrivals-wedding-guest-dresses
I’m sooo super thrilled to see these videos! With your new clothing sizes we are now the same size and it’s giving me so many ideas on what to grab next ! watching your videos is literally filling my cart item for item !!!
New mama, you look beautiful! You are right the time will go by very quickly. I have 3 kids and time has gone by too quickly for me too. Yes, enjoy each moment. Your mindset is awesome!Congratulations, and best wishes to you and your family! ❤️🙏🏼
This was such an awesome thorough walk-through the Dyson air wrap process! I love it, you are very pretty. Also, is there any tool cleaning necessary? Does product build up on the barrels andother attachments?
You have such a positive outlook on the whole thing! I’m pregnant with my 2nd now but postpartum with my first was really challenging since she wasn’t sleeping well. I felt like a zombie when she was a newborn. I’m a little bit scared to go back there now the 2nd time around but also have a wider and more positive perspective this time which I hope will translate into a better experience😌
I used to get annoyed when I had questions about taking care of a baby pre birth and being told "you'll know". Now, I completely understand it. You really know.
Congratulations! ❤ I'm 10 months post unplanned C-section and the physical and emotional healing can feel overwhelming but it gets better with time. I'd be curious to hear how Riley and Mr. P have adjusted to the baby!
It really seems as if God has shown Himself in multiple different ways within your journey, Chloe. I'm looking forward to more content like this every now and then! And just like how you said that everybody's recovery after birth is different, I do find it interesting how things played out with you since my sister had some other challenges when she had her baby last year. I remember hearing how she developed postpartum anxiety.... she had to get some medication to help with that; that's the one major difference that I can recall. Her baby girl is about to be one year old in August, which is crazy and surreal for everybody! 😊
Congrats! Give yourself and your body lots of grace and time. I had my first baby in 2020 and second in 2022, they are ages 4 and 2 now. I just finally back to my pre-pregnancy weight after 4 years! All my clothes literally sat in the back of my closet for 4 years. Hopefully, you will take faster than me to get back to your goal weight, but it's ok if you don't. Everyone's journey is different and takes time. All the best during this time of transition. It's a time of "grieving the loss of your old life" and embracing all the new crazy changes. Life becomes so much more full, but a lot more chaotic!
I hope the nurses at your hospital were helpful and understanding if you needed help. In my recovery, the last two days we had older nurses who made me feel like I was overreacting to the pain and difficulty I had walking. I’m hoping the second time around I’ll have much kinder nurses at the end. Pre-c-section my nurses were wonderful.
in my experience, it helps to let go of expectations of things being how they were before. set a couple of small goals and if they happen, great. you need to give yourself a lot of grace, and know that you'll find new rhythms. also, your body has been through a lot. it will take time, but you'll be back to your old wardrobe before you know it, seriously.
I am loving your baby content. I have a 15week old baby boy and he is so much fun. I just melt when he laughs and smiles at me. The newborn phase goes so fast. Enjoy!
I gave birth at Vanderbilt, and had postpartum preeclampsia. I am very grateful for the amazing care and for God’s grace. Hoping for your speedy recovery. 🫶🏻 Cece is so precious. 💕 Congratulations to you and Jason! 🎊✨❤
I feel like Dyson was able to curl the hair all the way to the top while the Shark seemed to only curl the bottom of the hair? Did anyone else notice this?
Girl, idk why but my curls literally won't stay longer than an hour. After watching your video from a year ago, I did get the shark. The curls come out the same but won't stay. I do have very long hair. Like, almost down to my butt. The texture is the same as yours. Idk what to do? Should I use like a mousse or something prior?
