I’m glad the dr you talked to was stern and a little abrasive because he knew it’s not something to play around with! I hope you got a chance to thank him ❤
I've had 2 csections. The shaking was completely normal. I did the same thing, my fist baby was unplanned c-section because he was a smidgen over 8 lbs and my cervix wasn't big enough for him to come down and the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck and he was suffocating. They rushed me into the ER and knocked me out to deliver my baby, my husband wasn't allowed in. After he was out they let my husband come in to cut the cord. My 2nd was a planned c-section, tons of nurses in the room hubby by my side. My baby was 5 lbs- I got my tubes tied while I was already numb. That was 15 and 13 years ago. The scar will usually always be a little tender, but it will get better. Congrats on your precious daughter.
congratulations!!!💕 I did not have a c-section but I too shook violently while giving birth. I tore pretty badly with my first and vomited during delivery…. But it’s all worth it once you hold that beautiful little baby! I loved listening to you tell your birth story. So thankful you are both healthy 🙏🏼
I gave birth at Vanderbilt, and had postpartum preeclampsia. I am very grateful for the amazing care and for God’s grace. Hoping for your speedy recovery. 🫶🏻 Cece is so precious. 💕 Congratulations to you and Jason! 🎊✨❤
Congratulations!!!! 💕Try not to be frustrated, Chloe it took almost 9 months to grow her, so allow yourself time to heal! Every woman’s body responds differently to pregnancy, delivery and post partum! I’ve worked at an OB/GYN for 26 yrs, and each experience is different! You have a beautiful family, and each birth is a miracle-c/s or vaginal birth! 🙏You look fab!
Praise God for such a safe and timely birth, you're such a sweet mama Chloe, props to Jason for doing all the dad things and listening to the holy spirit! Cecilia is blessed to have such great parents 💕
Congratulations Chloe 🥹 What a crazy story but I’m so glad you all are okay! I’m 36 weeks and have been following along with your whole pregnancy! Cecilia is perfect 🩷 can’t wait for all the mom content.
How awesome that you had a great recovery and that you’ve had so much support from your husband . Enjoy every second with your little family 🩷. It will go by so fast my daughter is 18 months old and she was born at 34 weeks I just say we had bonus time with her ☺️and I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant with a boy . You’re glowing and sending blessings your way. Remember be patient with yourself and your baby because you’re both learning and growing together, some advice that I wish I got as a first time mom .😅
Congratulations!! Was she born on Jason's Birthday? She is so sweet and I love her name. So happy for you and your new family. I was actually the one who guessed you were pregnant and I loved following along on your pregnancy journey. Can't wait to watch your family grow.
She was born on the 16th and Jason birthday is the 20th - we were just celebrating early because we were worried the 20th was too close to her due date haha!!
I had a very similar story! Baby girl was born 37+5, 4lbs 10ounces via emergency C Section and by God’s grace she did not need to go to the NICU! Congratulations on your little girl!
I can’t stop looking at her lol. She’s so precious! She’s so calm just listening to mama talk. 🥰 Edit: Of course she came out early, she couldn’t wait to meet the best loving parents!
Awe! Chole! Congratulations to you and your husband! You’re soooo brave and calm! 👏🏼 Thank you so much for sharing your story. ❤ Take time for yourself too.
Congratulations - I'm so glad it all worked out to His plan for you guys and Cecelia! Rest up and hope you keep recovering so you can go on more walks with your daughter!
It was difficult but only for the first couple of weeks! Just be sure to take it easy and when you use the stairs just go slow and take your time ❤️ it wasn’t impossible to use the stairs or too painful to do but i had to move slow!
Any expecting mom here, your due date DOES NOT exist ❤ A healthy well pregnancy lasts from 37 to 42 weeks. You can give birth at any point during that window 😊
Congratulations! I had my unplanned C-section baby on New Year’s Day. It was a very traumatic experience for me because I was in labor beforehand for 26 hours and had multiple issues. So so thankful for the c-section I had, as it honestly probably saved his life and saved me from even more hours of trauma. Soak up every moment. It goes soo quickly 🥲🥹
Congrats.. 27 years ago I had a csection...my baby was born at 25 weeks.. he weighed 1pound 6 ounces and was born with a cleft lip.. I thank God everyday for my miracle.. he is the greatest gift I could have ever received
God really does work in mysterious ways, but like you said Chloe, I'm grateful that your baby was delivered safely and was put in good hands. Thanks for sharing, and congrats on becoming new, first-time parents! 😊❤❤
Thank you for sharing your story ♥Expecting my first this October and just happily sobbing as I watch right now🥺...Congrats and best of luck on y'all's upcoming journey!!!♥♥♥
Oh wow!! Chloe, bless your heart I am so glad you and Cecelia are doing better. I have been praying for you, I always thank Jesus for the gift of prayers. Have you heard the song Cecelia by Simon and Garfunkel 😊 Thank you for the update.♥️♥️
thank God for necessary cesarean deliveries! so glad you both are healthy and safe. and what a great job putting in all that effort to do the triple feeding, it is very hard work but so worth it
Congrats on your beautiful baby! Cecilia is our 3rd daughter’s middle name ❤. I’ve had 3 C sections and I have to say, it got easier! For my 2nd and 3rd I was only in the hospital for one night and two where for my first it was 4 nights. Also, recovery was easier too..there was no way to not lift and move because I had other kids at home so that part is definitely more challenging. 😂 I’d say just do what makes you feel good and listen to your body!! Enjoy every minute cuz Lord it goes by too fast!!
I love listening to your story! You’re so strong and makes me feel at easy that it was gods work and blessed your birthing day! May your life be filled with love and peace with your family!
Congratulations! And thank you for the sweet way you shared your faith and gave Jesus the glory for your precious girls birth 💓 she is so so cute 🥺 my second is six months old and I miss the newborn phase with him so much already I am shocked how fast time has gone! Praying for your family and God bless you!
Momma's intuition is real ❤. Kuddos to you for listening to your body. It's funny how much new moms have a distinct timeline in mind. My first was also 3 weeks early, which is super common. Congrats! 🎉
Congratulations to you and Jason!!! I love Cecilia’s name 💖 I’m glad you listened to the doc on the phone and went to the hospital. Happy that Mama and baby are doing well💝 Wishing you and your little family (fur babies included) all the best.
Congratulations Chloe! God’s hand was truly there upon you and your baby girl. Not sure if I missed this, but what caused her heart rate to drop and be sporadic? Can’t wait to hear more about your postpartum journey. Also love how our babies are exactly 5 months apart, my girl was born Oct 16 :)
