I could honestly see 'Fuji-san' being a common Japanese joke--they love their wordplay. They really do say 'Fujisan,' but the 'san' is actually just a different pronunciation for the kanji meaning 'mountain.'

im going to be absolutely, entirely honest- i have severe IBD (ibs but more chronic and painful) and i was ashamed about it for a long time. watching game grumps, specifically arin, has given me so much comfort regarding my disorder. hes absolutely right- its a part of life, and someone has to talk about it. sure it can be crass or gross, but some of us need that little bit of representation!
