I feel like some people don’t realise how intelligent horses are. They’re often treated worse than the owners dogs because: dogs are cute little babies who are loyal and can learn tricks. Horses share all these traits except loyalty when it’s undeserved, which I think is much better than unconditional love. All mammal brains have relatively high capabilities, including strong and varied emotions.
So what has happened with the ranch you bought? Congratulations on the pregnancy!! Thinking of the horses. I’m so sorry that you went through this with them, how gut wrenching 😢❤
4:03 minecraft (which is not a very realistic game) does not let you ride a horse into water that it cannot stand in, the player automatically dismounts if the water becomes too deep. This alone taught me from a young age that horses cannot effectively or safely swim with a rider. What will it take for these kinds of people to learn that??
Oh hell. Just halfway through video. I'm 64, had horses for 50 years. After 7 years of lessons. I wasn't allowed near a horse, until I knew the body parts, how they worked. I cleaned saddles and bridles, before I was even on a horse. Then started to realise how much that I still do not know. I'm still learning.😂
No, I absolutely hate her too. As to the person problem - my sister always says she trains barrel riders, not the horse - she says the horse gets it...it's the rider with an issue.
GUYS u remember who falcon and pete are right? So I was looking for some horses on honeydew ranch and I saw a horse named falcon and it looked EXACTLY like the falcon from that guy and it was like 6,000 or something and i was like😱😱😱😱😱😱
Horses, much like working dog breeds, NEED mental stimulation! They NEED to work! They need to be ridden, to jump, to socialise, etc. Its literally abusive to them to deprive them of these things. The same way its wrong to own a working breed of dog and keep it cooped up in an apartment for 15 years never having any sort of mental or physical activities to play with. Imagine if we locked humans up inside houses with absolutely nothing to entertain themselves and never let them interact with anyone or anything other than themselves?
One key element you missed.... he didnt have a mom and wasnt offered a nanny mare. Meaning he missed that crucial bonding period... does cause issues in the adult horse... he needed to be raised with a mare to learn basic manners and boundaries
I think spurs are more of a fashion statement for you to wear, they look cool but aren’t practical or healthy for your horse…so slay those spurs far away from your horse.
I actually believe that this woman (That Vegan Teacher), is actually being paid by someone to purposefully say outrageous things to make veganism look bad so that fewer people stop buying meat. I genuinely believe that she is actually a meat industry shill. And i say this as a non-vegan who will never go vegan no matter what
That awkward moment when you try to prove your dog's a vegetarian by choice but it immediately beelines for the meat and you have to try and save your stupid video by trying to direct your dog to the shitty salad instead of letting it choose like you initially wanted to LMFAO. Sis was delusional all the way to the end.
So agree with you about the little pony terrorized. These two grown men are very much endangering that child. So many STUPID parents or relatives are so clueless. I wish I could take that pony out of that situation. The rabid horse is heartbreaking.
0:06 ok i watched the first few seconds and im like,"you can't just do that?!" and the horses head looked so high it looked so scared to i can tell this guy does bot know how to ride/treat a horse
I am absolutely APPALLED that that woman let her child near the horse alone, and I am even more angry about the fact that she kept recording. WHAT THE HELL? Put the phone down, oh my lord! What people do for social media these days… Not to mention, horses don’t attack unless they feel scared. If you are genuinely concerned that your horse is violent even when handling them gently, go to the vet to make sure nothing is wrong with them. The only reasons horse would attack you without reason is if they had a disease that caused them to be violent, such as how animals with rabies may be violent. Stop freaking recording dude.
I only ride stallions in my stables lesson program I get paired with them one of them is super sensitive and I know some people at my stables who incorage smacking horses for the smallest mistakes (they are not trainers) but I completely ignore her when she is not around the only bit of aggression I use with any horse is pushing into their shoulder so I can pick up a horse hoof❤
The only 2 complaints i have about equestrian being taken out of the olympics is where else are the publice going to get horse awareness from an that wont stop horse abuse
I know nothing about horses (excluding minor knowledge about how they evolved) but I know you need to know a lot about horses to HAVE ONE and BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT
