just picked up this lens with a bent barrel because it was dropped. a minor miracle to find this repair video to dissemble the exact lens, because the risk of me destroying it in doing so is high LOL i thank you in advance...
Those bird shots are insane! I don't have this lens, but I've heard the autofocus is a bit sluggish. Did you get those shots with manual focus?! That's insane if that's the case!
your the best! thanks, I just upgraded the SSD Ram and repasted the CPU and GPU on my early 2008 A1260 MacBook Pro, I got this laptop for a good deal, so far no GPU issues, I'm hoping the Gpu won't die since I clean the cooling system and added Arctic MX4 Thermal paste, and mine came in black compound around the GPU Die, fingers crossed I guess.
Please i need help here After git cloning it asked me for username and password. Please what is the username and password? That's what holding me back now
I just watched this video. I started to buy the components immediately. I love this video. Not because of it is cheap, but becuase of this is just genius. Thank you!
I’ve tried this 8 times. Late 2013 iMac. At about 4:40 where there are 4 options vertically listed I have neither mouse nor keyboard arrow capabilities. It doesn’t work.
Surprised you picked the 15-45mm in the end since the vibe I got throughout the video was negative towards that lens. At any rate, the zoom mechanism alone would make me stay away from the 15-45mm lens, and the difference in center sharpness wide open is barely discernible (at least in the video; it may be more pronounced in the original files). The sharper corners of the 16-50mm are more important to me anyway since, when I use the lens at the wide end, it's usually for landscapes or street scenes where I want every part of the image to be reasonably sharp. Thanks for the useful comparison.
