I LOVED all ur ideas for the Poemon Legends games. I'd enjoy playing them and exploring/experience the story. However, as much as I love ur idea for legends galar, I would also love to explore the events of the original darkest day
I played BDSP as a hardcore bug nuzlocke. That said my bug squad in Sinnoh was a single button pass team featuring Ninjask, Pinsir, Heracross, Scizor, Vespiquen, and Heatran (this ended up being a while card on my team, and in doing the Sinnoh Battle tower lets just say Heatran w/ its flash fire was a godsend for my Scizor and other bug pokemon and my bugs were easily able to eat up fighting, and ground type moves and Vespiquen being bug/flying heavily resisted fighting moves and was immune to ground type moves so in the battle tower created many opportunities for free switch ins and with ninjask i had a fast, hard hitting, and bulky pokemon.) I loved this team and then when we went to paldea inbrought what pokemon could come over to get the master rank ribbon and Heatran became an "honored" bug pokemon *cough, terra bug, cough* so yeah that was my team made up from the survivors of my hardcore nuzlocke where i saw the real value of Vespiquen and my pinsir carried the team the second half of the adventure. This adventure solidified Vespiquen as one of my favorite bug type pokemon of all time with her pressure toxic stall and recover/roost strat. Lol
Due to my love for bug pokemon my gym would be a bug type gym. My gym would be a condem looking green house (my love of going on walks in the woods and finding condem and abandon buildings.) Inside the building would be falling apart and there be bug pokemon everywhere. As u go through the building avoiding traps, sticky webs, pointed rocks, on top of that u have to fight off various bug catachers until last u make it to my room where depending on the region and placement of my gym would decide what bug pokemon i use but one that would be a must on my team would Vespiquen (she is one of my favorite pokemon, and she be my characters partner pokemon, cheerleader, and the mascot of my bug squad and my ace would depend on what the battle gimmick would be.) Upon defeating me id give up the TM for U-Turn. As for my badage it probablt be a coin with the bug type symbol ingraved on it. Like my display icon.
I only use Bug pokemon and given the bug pokemon that are available i made a competitive mono bug trick room team using Orbeetle (i love orbeetle the moment i got it i been wanting a bug/psychic pokemon for a long time and I got everything I wanted in orbeetle I even got lucky and came across the shiny version. Im not a fan of shiny pokemon but I love the shiny form of Orbeetle), Buzzwole (it was nice to use the ultra beast again and during the use of legendary and unrestricted legendarypokemon on the ladder he came in very useful especiallysince the bug type doesn't have their own legendary or restricted legendary), Araquanid (which turned out to be an absolute power house in trick room with its hidden ability, the held item mystic water, and max geyser setting up the rain it 95% of the time just one shotted everything in its path.), Centiskorch (was my favorite bug pokemon for this generation and having a fire bug pokemon with flash fire that can use the grass type move power whip along with coil to boost 3 of its stats and leech life to keep it alive was such fun and its gigantamax form was just so cool to witness and its g-max move essentially being a high damage fire spin was sick.), then I had a new scizor (at this point i have several Scizors one from sinnoh, my alpha from hisui, my galar one. And the one I have from paldea. Scizor is such a good pokemon there is no reason to not use one on my bug squads. Then lastly, was Golisopod (which with priority sucker punch came i clutch i dunno how many times in one hit ko non focus sash calyrex-shadows.) That was my team in galar and climbing the ladder during the battle seasons into master rank. So yeah that was my team for galar and I loved them.
Now she is going to be in Horizons and looks kinda depressed, what are they now doing with her in the future? I hope for some Liko vs Carmine rivialy and some shenaningans with the Explorers and perhaps some Kieran scenes.
I disagree completely with your reading of Volo and Cogita. She doesn't seem to know much about or trust Volo. She's tragic for sure but I think it has nothing to do with Volo and may not even have to do with her love life. Theres a theory going around that AZ's weapon is responsible for Celestica being in ruins and by extension Cogita's extreme knowledge and her age, as we know exposure to the radiation can cause eternal life. She's implied to have been around an obscenely long time, with the task to help you, the player, and to be en route to outlive you as well, based on her words regarding Enamorous. As for Volo, I think he's found a different way to continue to exist for so long. He had a pact with Giratina, so he's probably been using the distortion world, where time doesn't flow, in order to skip through time, letting centuries go by until he's able to attempt another attack against Arceus. I think he's from an older, more ancient Sinnoh people from a time before Cogita ever lived. Volo may be an ancestor to Cogita, or a relative to her direct ancestor from his original time.
Small Correction: Every _[Save file]_ is its own universe. Each game cartridge can only support one at a time up until multiple accounts on a single device.
I personally disagree with you. Carmine yells at her brother after she tried to force a character into a battle. And until the very end of the first dlc she only thinks of us as a tool (taken directly from her dialogue) The also tells her brother to get lost multiple times and gets angry at him for not having any confidence to talk to anyone. And in direct dialogue from herself after getting angry at Kieran and getting scolded by her grandfather she says "oh come on, i didn't even hit him this time" like hitting Kieran after getting mad at him is a normal occurrence. This has made Kieran afraid to say anything bad about his sister. She has more confidence and power than him and she exploits it. And when talking to the player she uses them like a tool correcting herself to friend to avoid getting caught. She is manipulative and maybe she does change towards us, but the only reason she changes towards Kirean is because he starts taking action on his own and becomes more powerful than her. I know this was lengthy, but i do respect your opinion and wanted provide a counter argument. Have a good day.
Idk why I do this to myself. The ending breaks my heart every single time. My brain latched onto the AI as my new favorite character and he hasn't left my thoughts in a year and a half. I spent the runup to the DLC worried what it would say happened to the AI, that it could suddenly say that the AI stopped existing or something. But even with the DLC giving a way that they can be safe and even get their freedom from the crater...they'll both be alone. Alone with their memories of the boy they loved as if he was their own son. "You don't have a heart" not a physical one. But that's why he's never felt that excitement before. Not even in his inherited memories. Want to know something really heartbreaking? "Your father truly loved you", past tense, is the first real confirmation Arven gets that his father is dead. "Is Geeta a robot too?" The assistant they mentioned was the AI, but thats been a common theory for a while. I know it isn't true but i also think it would be hilarious. Especially since she would be even more advanced than the AI because she's able to survive outside the crater and she has a breathing animation. I'd cried at these games before. Lillie leaving was a big one. The exile part in PLA was another. But oh god this game made me cry MULTIPLE times, and in the year and a half since I finished it. Another thing making the ending even more depressing--the director later said that Arven's story is based on his own experience with parental loss in his teens.
I'm playing the game again, and not telling him the truth wouldn't change anything. One exciting thing about the protagonist is that people seem to overlook is that people seem to overlook, or I might just be mistaken. They're so focused on the fact that we lied. After you and Carmine see Ogerpon the protagonist is very straightforward and honest with literally two options, or the same approach of saying, "Hey, we saw the ogre," before Carmine essentially tells you to stop talking and halts you. He immediately assumes that you are talking behind his back, and your character's facial expressions convey discomfort. He thinks that you're talking behind his back , so Carmine reassures you not to worry about it and explains the reason she lied-to prevent him from going up there at night, which Kieran has done in the past, as stated by him. I believe if we were given the option, to tell the truth about the whole Ogre situation, he would probably think that we are pretending to be his friend due to his insecurity. to get close to Ogerpon, who we're unaware of Ogerpon until a few days into the trip. I understand that lying was wrong, but Kieran and Carmine also behaved similarly. Kieran even interrupted you when we tried to apologize. We shouldn't have lied, but we were forced to do so for Kieran's safety due to his family and the town's attitude. Kieran eventually told the truth, and the town acknowledged their mistake. However, it's important to rememb r that this is just a video game. I don't have firsthand experience living in a small town, but I've heard stories from my grandmother who lived in a rural area. Small towns seem full of lies and secrets, and the communities are very close-knit but also resistant to change or differing opinions. I find it strange that you would tell a random child a family secret but not your own grandson. It seems unfair, especially since the main reason you didn't tell him in the first place was because of his grandfather. Additionally, his adult, who raised him, may know him better than I do. I don't feel it is my place to tell him.
I’ve lived in one of those small town areas for six months. It was a very uncomfortable time. The town was absolutely one of those sorts where “if you haven’t had at least seven generations of family live there, nobody sees worth in you and you would be a pariah should you wrong the families that have firm foundations there”. As it was, all three daughters in one of those Key Families and their mother had managerial and top positions in their workplaces. Talk about nepotism… Oh sure, in the public eye they act all nice. But in private, if you become the pariah, you’re always the one with the target on your back that after that, all anyone has to do is say a nasty thing to you and they don’t care if it’s you. Or if you need help, you expect *them* to help you? You’d have better luck asking someone from five towns over.

You said in the first ep that you were going to make note of all the lore, but then you didn't do a class, and you walk past some of the journals in the research stations. I'm shaking my phone shouting "go back!" at a video over a year and a half old hahaha It's good that you played this without spoilers! You would think time machines would be prevalent in this series considering there was one way back in second gen. It could only move Pokémon to the present from three years in the past but it was openly known. What does the lab being built 87 years ago mean for Arven? I'm curious what the connecting thought there is. We know people have been going down in that damn crater for thousands of years. Looking back on Penny's description of her father when the epilogue told us who her father IS is hilarious. Nemona is going to Freak. Out. when she hears that. Some foreshadowing--all the flowers in Area Zero, both growing wild and attached to Floette, are white. White flowers symbolize death.

I was thinking ghost because her bonnet reminds me of Drifblim. Sucks that you got the music glitch. The real music has a trunpet riff that's straight out of FF4. "You won't find a mightier champion" yeah sure thing uh-huh "Why do you know ice punch?!" Because unlike Geeta, Nemona knows what she's doing. I love how everyone is so concerned for Nemona when she covers her face, and so relieved when she starts laughing.
"This is why you should have one identity and not secret ones" Soooo many people in this game are lying about their identity oh mah gawd. I admire Clavell's ability to wear a full suit under shorts and have it somehow be undetected. This plus the game's ending got me so hard
"Who is this Harrington guy?" THE TRUE VILLAIN THAT'S WHO. Him and his corrupt staff! I was SO pissed that we never get to find the rest of them! The Star plot GOT me. I was so upset that I had to take a break. I would have joined them too, dammit! I was treated the same damn way in school and even now in my 40s it still stings like it was yesterday. I never thought this series would address the issue of VICTIM BLAMING but I'm glad they did. Hopefully it can empower kids to recognize what to do to fight back against corrupt authority. And god. I would have loved a Clavell in my life back then. We need more authority figures like him in the world. Also, Let Ortega Say Fuck 2024
honest to god we just needed the option to not catch Ogerpon bam Kieran's arc in Indigo Disk can still work, its just not based on him basically being manipulated, and the player's agency being invalidated what happens to the story, when you don't want Ogerpon, or never wanted it? oh no, literally the entire arc falls apart

Ok I can say this now because you finished this game ages ago but I'm still gonna mark it with spoilers but HOW THE HECK DID YOU FIGURE OUT THE VILLAIN SO FAST?!
Great video! But we do have definitive proof that Terapagos is responsible for the crystals and terastal phenomenon. The Pokédex states they use energy to make the crystals and that they’re the source of the phenomenon. But it’s true we don’t know how terastalizarion truly works in changing types, other than Terapagos’ energy seems to produce type-changing effects given that their body showcases a crystal of every type. So I’m not quite sure if they’re using other timelines to gather another typing, as we would see the pink mist when Pokémon terastalize but we don’t. I think the theory of there being dormant Terapagos makes the most sense, given the Pokédex states they went extinct in ancient times due to seismic shifts. The tera orb must just harness the Terapagos tera energy, as we also hear Terapagos’ cry when Pokémon terastalize as a dead giveaway.
I just saw this episode tonight. The scenes with the creepy girl reminded me of an episode made many years later called Ghoul Days. The scene where Ash walks in on the woman in the tub was hilarious 😂😂😂😂

It's interesting how so many people are ok with lying. Betrayal is betrayal no matter how one justifies it. While Keirans obsessive traits would have been a challenge to work through with honest discussion, it beats nearly creating another Cyrus. Both siblings needed therapy and a supportive environment
I really enjoyed this video! I've noticed that a lot of people seem to dislike Carmine, but I think that she's a very interesting character. I especially like that you pointed out her sense of humour! It never occured to me that she could be trying to be a parental figure to Kieran, though it makes sense. These two siblings are just so interesting! They're both very flawed people, but I love them nonetheless 😄 I noticed that both of your analysis videos on these two were from before Part 2 and the epilogue had come out. What do you think of them now that their stories have (presumably) been completed? 😊
Gaeric is actually Wulfric's Ancestor & lives in Hisui, so I don't think Wulfric will be getting another Ancestor. I think the next Faller will be Ace Dome Tucker.
Seriously I also wonder where are the actual parents of Kieran and carmine are at like are they aware that their older daughter is acting out in such a disrespectful person towards people and her little bro kieran. They could’ve at least had the grandparents to scold her for her harsh behavior and Kieran deserved to know the truth about ogerpon. But not it’s obvious that the game developers wanted to keep it that way which to me, it’s just literally awful and major bad about Kieran the most😫

Technically, Aaron should be first alphabetically speaking, because it's name starts with AA. Not Abomasnow. Abomasnow would come in second in the poke'alphabet.
I think they should hold off on bringing Emmett into Legends to keep up the suspense of Ingo's journey and let that be the final payoff for that side story, maybe wait 1 more game. I don't want Ingo to be unhappy, I just want to see him explore his story a little more.
