Great presentation. Thank you. I wish I could find the distance between top of the fire basket and top of the rib rack on a 30 Gallon version. My intention is to use skewers with hooks on rib rack. I don't want them to come close to fire basket.
Wow! That looks million dollars right there. Please cook semi-boneless leg of lamb in smoker. I am new to smoking and struggling to get smoking right on PK360.
I was going to buy one until I spoke with Michael. I now own a Deep South and a Southern Q. Much better customer service than from Michael Mixon at Myron Mixon smokers.
