The home itself is beautiful but….WHY on earth would someone build a home where you have a DIRECT VIEW of the guest toilet from the kitchen??? I actually purchased this home and that is the one design that I really dislike about the home.
Hi, and thanks for the video. General question: When you purchase a new construction home, does the builder provide you with extra tiles for the kitchen, backsplash, kitchen floor, and showers/bathrooms in case there is need for a repair later on and tiles broken in the process need to be replaced? Thank you!
@@TheVillageGuruFlorida Thanks for the reply. In the case of inventory homes where multiple homes are built using the same materials, I’m not sure that the builder would give up any extra tiles??? But sure, I will ask if/when the occasion arises. Thank you.
@@coralpetals so I attending a closing walk though for a new construction home with my clients yesterday and the builder left them an extra box of every tile (floor and backsplash) So there’s a good chance there will be some left however it never hurts to ask

Been in Lakewood Ranch for 24 years.had my house built here. Things have changed a lot use to be cow pasture across the road but still love it here . Coming from Atlanta traffic doesn't bother me at all.
Next time that you review a Lee Wetherington home can you show and talk about that Lee Wetherington is the only builder that includes in the plans a Florida Basement. We all need storage and this is the only builder that offers this feature. I love his designs.
So with Lee Wetherington buyers have the ability to totally customize their home which can include adding additional storage. Thanks for the comment! PS - For anyone reading this, a "Florida Basement" is a term for a storage area such as in the attic or above the garage. There are no basements in this area.
At first the sales office is great. One year later for our home still has outstanding issues, some from early on that were reported. Their flwp service is lacking. Many homes have cracked and damaged tiles that were discovered by a drone flyover.😢

Thanks for the video. The primary bedroom is very spacious with room for a reading area. The primary bath also has a good layout with the water closet separated from the cIothing closet. That said, I wish builders would stop putting a bathroom or laundry room at the entry of the house as soon as you walk in the front door. It’s not very welcoming for guests. A den, dining room or bedroom seems more appropriate, as Mattamy has done in the Egmont model. A similar issue is having to walk through the laundry room from the garage everyday… not very welcoming for the owner nor functional when there isn’t a closet or drop zone area nearby.
