You’re welcome! Yes, the bag is very comfortable on the shoulders. I have worn it all day and it hasn’t caused me any trouble even though I have bad neck and shoulders. Although, I don’t think it would be a good bag to carry heavy weight objects like laptop as the bag is very soft and might not hold structure. I also think the opening of the bag is very narrow so you would have to insert the laptop vertically and then try and manoeuvre it which can be a little tricky and annoying. Do you live in London? As they do have these bags in Harrods & Selfridges and it might be worth you seeing them in person.

I live in Taiwan and have all my leather goods hand-made by a local craftsman. For 20% of the price of factory made, low quality branded goods, I get hand-made products that will outlive me. Oh, and even better, his logo is on the inside, so I don't come across as a pretentious person.

The reason the quality is plummeting is because they are making part of the product in China, and then finishing the product in Italy or Paris, bc the end point of the finished product is how they label where it is from. You’re better off just purchasing a Chinese super fake than from the actual brand! They’re made in the same place anyway. 😅
I can’t even. Women show their fakes to the SA’s in Chanel and they can’t tell the difference. Those bags are £300-500 and better quality Chanel should be ashamed of themselves. If people want authentic Chanel buy vintage the quality is 1000000x better.
