Regarding the savings pot, I currently have R14k, I only wish to withdraw November 2025, my understanding is that I will be able to withdraw upto the maximum of what will be available in the savings pot at November 2025, meaning my current R14k plus contributions from Sept2024 till lets say October 2025. But a financial Agent says that a first withdrawal is limited to R30k, it does not matter if you withdraw in the year 2027 for the first time, you will be limited to R30k as a first withdrawal. meaning I can have R70k in the savings pot in 2027 and because I never did any withdrawal, I will be limited to R30k as a first time withdrawal. Is this true?
I was adviced to diversify my portfolio among several assets such as stocks and bonds since they can protect my portfolio for retirement of about $170k. I need advice: Do I keep contributing to my portfolio in this unstable market or do I look into alternative sectors?
The strategies are quite rigorous for the regular-joe. As a matter of fact, they are mostly successfully carried out by experts who have had a great deal of skillsets and knowledge to pull such trades off.
That is very correct. Having the right financial expert is invaluable. My portfolio is well matched for every season of the market and recently it has hit 80% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are aiming for a 7 figure ballpark goal.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE' is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
You know I'm in agreement with that wich you just said, and I can admit that when coming to trying to do many things at one time. You know I'm part and puzzle of the guilty party, and now as I will be going back to the drawing board. You know without guessing I think I have to start learning to put my focus, on making sure that I do things step by step.❤️🔥✌🏽
As a novice, I can categorically state that this was quite beneficial. You started at the very beginning, and I was able to understand everything really well. I recently enrolled at Market101 and am presently learning there. Thank you for your elegant explanation.

How would you advise one to split between Allan Gray and Satrix 40 in a Franc app in terms of percentage? Is it better to allocate more percentage towards Satrix 40 or Allan Gray for one to accumulate the most returns....?
Can someone maybe help redirect my perspective, because the issue that arises with my current perspective is this : All the factors that are used to calculate a credit score (e.g. payment history, length of credit history, total debt, credit mix, etc) all have one thing in common, debt debt debt. If you have a stellar credit score, it's impressive but it also means you have been making out with creditors all night. Seems you always have to be in debt to have an excellent credit score. Mare ish, when you want to make large purchases like a car or a house that great score will come in handy 😂. Let's just be careful and use debt wisely.
Credit can be beneficial when used properly. Problem is some of us are not honest to ourselves about our ability to handle debt. No one goes into debt with the intention of not paying it off or carrying a balance, yet some of us end up there. Creditors know with a high degree of accuracy that every certain number of people it offers a credit card to what portion of them will carry a balance, ergo how much revenue from interest they will likely make. Do not be part of the group that is riddled by debt it cannot handle. Educate yourself and take your time, otherwise stay away, I know some of us have said vows to credit cards.
I'm a 25yr old woman and I have 3 years working experience.. The only credit I have is Rage and I had no idea that contributes to my credit score..I'm currently behind with 2/ 3 months of payment and I had no stress because I didn't think it would ruin my credit score... This was valuable... Also the Wise up App is something new to me but I have checked it out... very informative ..I'm going to start to budget with it and do more... Saw it has courses aswell.. so Thanks Guys♡♡
