Absolutely true! I honestly wish more people actually took accountability for entertaining bad money management habits and actually start reigning in their finances. Like you mention, it is not a difficult task, and it is different for everyone. I also find that other people won't understand why you choose not to spend & live a life of luxury - the same people that don't have emergency funds setup and have high levels of credit card/unsecured debt.

Saving does not grow your money yes, but it waits for opportunities that Will arise. There are opportunities that pass each day. You’ll find someone desperate wanting to sell maybe their house at low cost, then if you’ve been saving. You take advantage. So you save for such opportunities. Remember emergency fund must be there already. This one is for you. Then you save again for opportunities, then also you invest.
