Good job! Nice video, should be a very useful knife. The full tang surprised me. I may grab one and rebuild it preemptively before it fails. I love useful budget blades! 👍
Nice review. I give it to the Mossy Oak. The pommel damage was from another knife hitting it during the throwing test. I have other Mossy Oak knives that perform well too. The brand appears to provide great value and performance. I have the SZCO bowie. It sharpens up very well. A good beater blade.
After your glowing review in the first video I put it in my cart at Chicago Knife Works. After this review I removed it. Wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole. Thanks for the honest reviews.
I have Recon, Master, Magnum tantos, brand new, just and only for zombie apocalipsis, if it does not happen, i will sell them or give as a present to new generations!
I just got the Leroy about 2 months ago.....and I think it's a fantastic knife !! Have not put it through any extreme testing yet, but I think it will take any and all the tough uses that I will need it for. Thanks for the review
The brass pummel IS brass. Brass is very forgiving and malleable. It likely got the dent when you struck it with the other blade when throwing them. No knife handle is invincible when being struck by another solid hard object at speed. Come on, they're all cheap by design, and worthy of punishment, but something is going to break when they're mistreated.
Greetings Sir From East Coast Canada & Several Years Ago I Had The Mossy Oak Bowie & It Served Me Well With The Very Minor Camping Chores I Used It For & I Beat It On Purpose & Other Than Getting Dull As Hell,,,,,,,It Never Broke On Me !! It Got Stolen From Me When I Left It In My Camp So Someone Else Must've Knew How Good It Was !! Lol 🤣😆
Well, goes to show the general loss of QC and performance of the steel due to the stock material change of Ontario Knives in the last few years. I'm glad that I got my SP-2 back in the Mid 90s. Thanks for the comparison!
Came across your channel researching the Chaos. I must admit, the visual lines on the APOC does it for me, it’s just SEXY. But, the Chaos, I just ordered it based on this review. You gained a new SUB! Great presentation, no BS, just gave us your thoughts as you see it. Solid!!! Keep up the good work! RLTW!!!!!
