Have you ever had a chance to try out the arbor arms dual adjust sling? And on an unrelated item, have u tried the defence mechanisms collapsable gas mask carrier?
My first GBBR! I knew there was something practical about this gun when I first saw it. Good space for attachments too. I'd get the MP7a1 next as I find it as this compact fun sawed-off version of a cqbr.
Hi i am currently buying this for the first time And trying to measure my body i am 21 years old weighting 153 lb and 5ft8 I am somewhat athletic Which size should I choose i normally wear L size for my tee tshirts If someone reply it will be a huge help considering missing the first launch Thank you so much 🙏🏻
I have have a hoodie from the first run. I’m 6’1 and weight about 165/170 lbs. I went with a medium and it fits nicely. Is your body type on the more slim side? Large shirts seem kinda big for your body stature, if I’m assuming your on the slimmer build. I tend to wear more form fitting clothes because they look better on me than baggy clothes…I would choose a medium if I were you, or large at the very most.
Medium is just a hair tight on me, but I'm also about 20 lbs heavier. It sounds like it would fit you just fine. Haven't tried on a large, but I'd imagine it would be a bit baggy.
@@dylonbronson4542 Hello!! ^_^ I would like to thank you for your advice and as your advice I chose medium size The only concern is my chest size is 50cm and the given chest size is 58cm Wish me luck to fit perfectly Sleeve and body isn't that different only +2cm longer Again I personally thank you for helping me choose my size ^_^ ^_^
@@TheGoodSirKnight Hello!! ^_^ I would like to thank you for helping me choose my size and replying As you guys adviced I did choose Medium size Sleeve and body are not that different only +2cm different but the size did say 2cm give or take The only difference is my chest my chest size is 50cm and the hoodie is 58cm Wish me luck to fit perfectly ^_^ Again I would like to thank you for taking your time and replying to me ^_^ ^_^
@@zayarphyo7770 I wouldn’t worry about that honestly, it’s better to have it a little bit bigger than it be too small. Combat shirts are meant to be tucked in anyways, so you can do that. But if it’s a problem with yen fit being too big… then I THINK it can be washed to be shrunk a bit
Good stuff, really informative video on how this carrier works especially on the cummerbund’s release system. Been thinking of getting the SPC for a bit and I just ordered it recently.
Thanks for the video. Do you have any insights as to the fit of the G33 on that FTC mount? Mine (a replica) makes the windage knob on the G33 hit the pic rail before the mount is fully downward… That is obviously not good for the knob. Am thinking the lower profile knobs of the G43 might be better in my case. What do you think?
That's odd. When I ran my G33 on a FTC mount, I didn't encounter that problem. Maybe it's unique to the replica mount? At most, I'd have mine hit the rear flip up sights (before I moved them forward) but that was about it.
@@TheGoodSirKnight Yeah I think it is a dimensional issue with both the replica mount and replica G33… weirdly enough I bought the ‘highest quality’ clones and the entire system in one go from one vendor. Currently in contact with them on how to resolve the issue. Let’s see what happens.
Yeah, that was the main problem I had with it. Tightening it up a bit surly seems to help, but I think without an extra strap (like modern micro chest rigs use) it'll always be a minor annoyance.
I "invested" in a 34A split rig to escape the tiny chest rig matrix. I really like it but it's not actually great for using with a ruck for long periods/distance. Can't move your arms. If you set it up to where you can move your arms you give up the outer columns on your flanks, essentially turning it into a micro rig with a gap in the middle. I feel like the thing2+Mk5 is a very good platform but if I build one I will have the same eventual problem with arm swing. Getting a rig to carry six mags and everything else while still being hump-able is difficult and expensive. Subbed man, semper fi!
Thanx for the video gotta be away to hide the mic boom wire maybe with some camo tape ? Was looking at amps but can get entire peltor v set up new for 800$ out door with disco PTT and 3M arc helmet mounts new. Amps are around 1800$ with all the downleads , PTT, and amps rail mounts - On TNVC Provably gonna save 1k and go with the peltors
Peltor Comtacs are a pretty solid choice. I think the AMP main advantage is the use with the NFMI ear plugs (in case your seal gets compromised). Comtacs should fit most applications just fine.
The arc rails came with the helmet when I bought it from one of my buddies. It's ballistic, but it's the older kevlar designs. The weight always caught up with my neck and it's quite the headache machine.
Great vid and over view. Are those the same as the Hearing Defenders? If not, what are the differences? Seems like there are a lot of variants of the V’s and I can’t seem to nail down what they are.
I think they are all mostly the same, but the Hearing Defenders don't have any downlead cables. Supposedly they still work with comms, but I'm uncertain as to how. The other models are the single downlead (like this one) and the dual downlead for using two radios. I think no cable would be best if you're just using it for the hearing protection on the range, and single downlead should work for most radio needs.
Hello GSK. nice video! what are the ear pro you are referring to in the video. where you say you stand next to a jet engine and have perfect conversations. I work around large machines in the Netherlands this sounds perfect. sorry for bad english greetz from Holland
Hey! These are the protac III's. They have active hearing protection, but they are certainly in the lower end. The best ear pro I've used has been the Ops Core AMP with the NFMI ear plugs. They would provide the best protection against sound while still being able to communicate (within reason). The 3M comtac III and V are also pretty solid, but you'd probably need some added ear plugs to help protect against sound. Keep your ears safe out there!
