Coding and robotics ideas for Teachers and Educators.
Do you teach coding or robotics in primary school? Use our FREE robot designs together with BBC Micro:Bit to get your students engaged into STEAM and DESIGN THINKING. CARDBOARD ROBOTS is a set of free robot plans and building techniques easy to replicate worldwide with recycled materials and basic electronic components.
SIMPLE Created for school use, with a teacher perspective in mind. Simplicity is our main design principle. OPEN Our designs are only a jumpstart for your students creativity. Modify and personalize them any way you want. ACCESSIBLE Build with free recycled materials. Use common electronic parts available worldwide
Could you tell me the dimensions of the white piece, where is the servo installed? I have tried to assemble it, but I think I have put too much height and it does not work well for me. thanks trying to do it, I have understood the large number of hours of work you need for each design. thanks a lot
wow, I've never heard of MakeCode or microbit, but it looks like a cool way to learn coding, a bit like scratch! Didn't realise there was an actual simple robotics platform where you can run code and send it immediately
If you plan to build this robot you better check out the upgraded model, it walks MUCH better (the video is for Arduino version, but construction is universal) - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wF3MR8pRAGo.html
You do not need to have the one I use, the microcontroller is outside the robot, so you can use whatever you want. However you need some kind of adapter to connect more than one servo to a microbit.
