Hollywood lack any creativity , they have zero heart or a good story these days... idiot woke hollywood writers can't write anything... Korea and japan have been killing it, their shows are way better than western shows too.. western movies are souless and makes u hate all the humans, they dont make u feel anything, besides a few hollywood has forgotten the art of movie making.. and their Hubris thinking nobody else can do movies better than they can, when they are getting their ass kicked

Dude you’re missing a couple titles. The Lego Star Wars films, and specials are absolute masterpieces and are clearly created by people who LOVE Star Wars.
Both movies are different and not meant to be compared to one another minus one is a drama the monsterverse is action both are good films in their own right and if you're a true Godzilla fan you would understand this and appreciate both films for what they are and not trash one or the other
Kathleen is certainly the problem. On her previous projects that did well, she did not play first fiddle. Steven Spielberg doesn’t like her either. Steven and George were top dogs in those projects and she just went along for the ride. She makes me 🤮

I really liked this video because I feel exactly the same. I will still watch Star Wars, but Disney only wants to pump out material that's CURRENTLY RELEVANT ON EARTH! A setting that should not exist in fiction. Even if Star Wars originated from non-fictional Earth, it's politics should not matter in that universe. So just like other movies that take place on earth, they will wear over time because politics will change and you will scoff at what people did or did not do "back then". Star Wars is fiction, Earths politics at the time of making any movie should not be ridden for money because, ya we will scoff. That is why hard credit will always be given to people who come up with ORIGINAL IDEAS even if you are working with something that has been out, and be BRAVE ENOUGH to not care if you are going to rake in a ton of cash because you are trying to make a GOOD MOVIE. One that you will want to watch well into the future. A movie that can be watched and not be scoffed at no matter when you watch it (even with how shifty politics are now. And yes I can %100 understand why people are mad because they can't even write good new characters into the story. They have to keep tapping from the love you bore for the originals and keep letting everyone down. The reason it's a much better film than most major Hollywood blockbusters is that it implements actual depth of real life experiences, social issues, post-war trauma of the Japanese, shame, guilt, the issue of self-sacrifice, parenthood, all the things that give this film ACTUAL storyline and emotional depth that most Hollywood movies neglect but desperately need.
The last film I remember genuinely enjoying was Wonka. That film shows that you if a story is good enough, you shouldn't care about the actor's race or even the effects. Which mind you, were sometimes Disney-level abysmal, but the music is so excellent and the characters so brilliant that I don't mind them.
the force awakens is not a bad movie but its ruins the ending the return of the jedi had . luke beat the empire ? nah the empire rebuild itself as the first order . Anakin fulfilling the prophecy by killing his master and ending both the sith and almost all jedi to have balance ? nah the dark side is still very alive with the knights or ren, kylo ren , and luke started the jedi with the same dumb rules that made anakin loos faith in them in the first place . han learning to make new friends and learning how to hope nah his a grumpy shut in
Saw it yesterday when they added it to Netflix. I was even more sad that I missed it in the cinema 😞 would be amazing in a theatre so have to see it one more time on a big screen and dolby sound
I don't get the hype. This movie was ass... I mean, Godzilla looked great, but he walks like he has the gout😅 And the hero was so unlikeable... Even the love interest was mostly not great... Again i say, i don't get it.

The film try to show how being alive is, with the redemption in the kamikaze pilot pov. The film doesn't glorify, it represents how horrible the consequences of the war is capable of doing
I doubt this movie is going to change anything in Hollywood. The goal and philosophy behind is completly different. No marvel, disney or similar is going to change the recipe that is giving them consistent millionaire audiences... despite having high costs and junkfood taste. We will need to keep waiting and hoping for 1 or 2 great movies like this one per year
Its actually impressive how much disney have f'd things up with Star Wars, they essentially bought a licence to print money from George Lucas, all they had to do was give fans what they wanted and the money would've came pouring in, a downpour of dollars but no, they had to hire hacktivists and fourth wave feminists to run the show, literally the worst people for the job. People who hated the ip and actively tried and succeeded in destroying it. Its no longer Star Wars it's disney Star Wars, two completely different things that pretty much have zero to do with each other. Honestly it breaks my heart, the wasted potential is awful, what disney have done is sacrilege and they seem proud of it.
With current technologies, great visual effects are becoming a commodity. Talent and good professionals can beat those hyped Hollywood teams that do not know how to differentiate quality from quantity.
As far as the race swapping complaints there are and those are the SWS/WS’s because only they had a huge issue with it like Captin America that was done in the comics books but just search “captain black America”

GOT did some really amazing things in its early seasons. But what if they do something even more unprecedented and redo season 8.
