@@TWOLOVELYPEOPLETRAVEL to cut a long story short, I worked for about 6 months at a Recruitment Consultancy to keep busy before joining the Army, and as a farewell was taken to a Thai restaurant (in the UK), a small family run business. The food was amazing and I was hooked. It would be about 4 years till I had money in the bank and needed to take leave, that I booked a flight to BKK, from which I then headed to Phuket, and I was hooked once more. This was in 2001, limited information, if any, online, I read a couple of Lonely Planet guides before my trip. The food the weather (of course), the people, and the culture, and it's been in my blood ever since. I think I've been about 6 times in total since that first trip, my last stay was a month, and for quite a while I have wanted to move there. The time will come soon when I will be able to realise my dream and move there.

While I'm in Patong I've booked a 3 night stop in the On On Hotel in Phuket old town so I can be there for the Sunday market. I've booked the Memory Junior Suite which is where the Leonardo Di Caprio scene from ' The Beach ' was filmed. Thanks again for your reply and I'll be watching more of your vids. Tim
This is the final (official) episode from our travels to Thailand last year, and we are happy to announce, that we are going to explore more of Asia right now! Congrats you got picked up by a taxi to the airport and made your flight to Phuket. I want to go so bad. Absolutely loved seeing both of your reactions seeing your hotel room for the 1ST time, room looked great and hotel has big pool. Yummy watermelon drink. If they have pork, specially pork meatballs then absolutely. Absolutely love coconut ice cream plain, if you can find hot fudge then definitely. I would have gotten an omelette if for some reason that they did not have shrimp OR specially crab. Crab is extremely cheap here, maybe you both not a fan OK. (( walk over 1 street, go down an ally )) Is she dancing getting ready for the world famous Bangla Rd tonight?? I guess no swimming today / tonight. Amazing sunset to end the video. Yeah, we are planning to visit some of those and many other places in Thailand on our next trip that will be in a few weeks time. 👍This previous Phuket island visit was within the island boundaries only 😊

Hey guys! I’m planning a trip to Malaysia and have 9 days planning on doing Penang then KL, how many days do you recommend in each? I’m from oz aswell 😊 or would you recommend a couple days in Langkawi aswell?
Hey, it depends what you prefer to see. KL is a big City, Penang has a few things to see in general too, Langkawi is more a nature/beach/countryside experience. Go for 3 each if those are the only places you are planning to see!

Pure Vibracion is an 'old timer' band but not widely known in mainstream listener because they are popular in Malaysian 'underground scene' of reggae music alongside another big shot The Republic of Brickfields - which is their band name for reggae scene while they have another band name with exact same line up but just change the name to Koffin Kanser if they are playing their metal music 🤭
I like your work, because I am from Penang, Living oversea for long time and even back to Malaysia, I stay in Kuala Lumpur. Anyway, by chance you can visit me in KL. So I can tell you what you confuse in Malaysia and Penang.

Yeah, the satay guys were kind to give us two satays just to try :) it was our first temple of such scale to visit, so we had to love it, and, yeah, Penang was nice place in general, shame our stay was a little short there.
