My passion is to help people quit drinking and with God’s help I am 2 yrs, 10 months sober. I can offer creative ideas and support through the many difficult stages of change. Because of my background in energy healing and as a pianist, I use sound healing and other modalities to keep vibrations high and choose healthy living
I offer products to help you to quiet your mind and get closer to God. My God Heal cards, my CD called “The Journey” and my CD called “Transformed” are tools to help you to maintain sobriety through this difficult time. I have produced many inspiring music videos with my composed songs with messages to aid in the quitting process. My songs are in the background also.

Hi I just bought my rebounder today. I had been wanting one and didn't want to pay full price, I found mine at Salvation Army for $20 (brand new btw). I tried it tonight and it left me kinda sore, it is for like a 550 lbs person, I am only close to 200 lbs. Thank you for the encouragement and great review on rebounder.
I conducted thorough research before choosing this Leaps and Rebounds rebounder. It's been enjoyable to exercise on and its size makes it easy to adjust to. Plus, the price is excellent.
Omg, I so love it!! Your Blessed with hearts is gorgeous! Love how the bathroom came out, vanity is so handsome. Love you and ZuZu's bed and all the bedroom furniture. This will be your de- stressing happy place.
I’m in my upper 70’s. Just got and set up the 40” rebounder with a T-bar last night. Today will be my first day on it. I read it’s important to take a couple weeks just doing 3-5 mins at a time. (Maybe more then once a day if you feel good) but not to push too fast. You must confirmed that for me! (I wish I had found mine on sale….but it’s cheaper then a bike, which I know I would t ride. Lol)
Definitely start out slow!! You are effecting every cell in your body! I have had one for over twenty years and I love it! I’m 71 and I think it helps keep wrinkles at bay more so than facial products!!
I just recently bought a rebounder and I also made some of the same mistakes. It was fun so I overdid it and was sore and overly tired. My feet ached so much because I jumped bare foot, bad choice. It's much harder than it looks, not the actual jumping but endurance. It will tire you out in a short time. I'm currently, since I restarted, only doing five minute videos and working up. Can't wait for your next review!
Unfortunately, I’m going to have to sell it because I herniated a disc with a remodel. I already have two herniated discs now I’ve got three…craziness!!
Glad to hear you’re happy with your rebounder! 60’s also…waiting on mine to arrive, and good advice because I have overdone it on treadmill and spring rebounder! It hurts! Now a bungee and I’ll start out with wisdom and common sense, thanks for that tip! All the best to you!
@@soberhealingIt will help your back, even if you just do the ‘health bounce’. I just bought a rebounder and it’s amazing. You should check out the video on youtube where Al Carter gymnast and olympian in 60’s or 70’s speaks about health benefits of trampolining and the NASA study if you haven’t seen it already. Btw you look like 20 y/o dancing you look v young.
