I love my trampoline a lot, but I’m not sure I’m going to be able to keep it after hurting my back in yoga. I have to be so so careful.

@@soberhealingIt will help your back, even if you just do the ‘health bounce’. I just bought a rebounder and it’s amazing. You should check out the video on youtube where Al Carter gymnast and olympian in 60’s or 70’s speaks about health benefits of trampolining and the NASA study if you haven’t seen it already. Btw you look like 20 y/o dancing you look v young.
