Like to see the bottom fishing I would think that Not gutting the fish and leaving it in ice is worse than cooling it down and gutting or fillet the fish immediately.
We get $10 a lb for wahoo and blackfin. We don’t get many but have a better local market for our fish. You guys must ship more of your catch out and wahoo doesn’t last long.

Hey, I have caught a lot of large sheeps on CBBT. These are 24 inch plus fish. I use at least 20 feet of 40 lb floro leader to keep me from breaking off so much on structure. I love fishing for them but they can be really frustrating sometimes!

I've charted out of OI once a year for many years now. We yell just like y'all when all the rods get hit. I got halfway through the video and couldn't believe no tunas became shark food, then I see it happened to you as well. Way too many sharks out there imho. Great videos!
Out in pacific waters, our sheepshead are red and black for the males and pinkesh for females . A very tasty fish to eat. They usually feed on crab and lobster, but they will occasionally eat a squid or shrimp. 23:29 23:29

I have many years experience in offshore fishing with planers but your wahoo video has stumped me...When the mate removes the planer and then clips the line back together,are you using special clips or special rod guides to allow winding the long leader on?
It's a bridle, so there are just loops on the mainline for the longline clips to attach to, which holds the planer in place. We remove the planer (and clips) to be able to reel the fish in instead of leadering for a long distance.
