I love tools, both new and vintage, gadgets and knives. I spend a lot of time searching for, and purchasing, interesting tools and other gear online and and car boot sale or where ever I am at the time. I also enjoy renovating vintage tools too. I have these. I found your video after looking up reviews on them as they’re one of my most used pair of pliers. I was curious if others liked them too.
Hello. First, ensure you have a fresh set of batteries in the camera. On top of the camera there are two buttons and a control wheel. On the left of the control wheel there is a small button marked 'Power', this button turns the camera on and off. Hope this helps and thanks for watching 👍
Hi, thanks for your interest in my channel. Due to current issues I am unable to make longer videos at the moment. Mrs Rathbone has a medical condition that requires trips to the doctor and hospital and the small engineering company I work for has a very large order book. I try to publish longer videos when I can and try to get as much detail as possible into short videos. Once again, thank you for watching my content 👍👍👍
I’ve never seen the mechanism, but it looks really convenient to use. I suppose it would call for a test. Maybe look for a firmly rooted pipe somewhere and see what applying a lot of pressure with them does to them. If the handles flex or get dislodged or if they are comfortable. Having a button to adjust the opening one handed could make a difference when trying to change grips on different size pipes.
I've just bought one of these to see what early digital was like. It is certainly dated in many ways but not as unusable as you might think. It will probably spend most of its time on a shelf, but will get used from time to time even though I have 'better' cameras to use most of the time.
The nail might have been something that the guy was intending to hammer into a hole made by the auger bit but probably didn’t need it and figured that he could just let it sit in the handle
I wonder if you buff them up and then clean with denatured alcohol and then put them in a tank with nickel electrolysis if it would make them rust proof and pretty?
The pliers in the background are 3" long but are toys pliers, I couldn't resist picking them up at the car boot sale for £0.20 😁 Thanks for watching 👍👍
