Now Bonham is pretty much impossible to cover because of his style and groove that were, and always will be one of a kind, but this was one of the best, though there are few covers of the most influential drummer ever Bonzo! Hats.off to you because that was amazingly as perfect as.it could be!😊
hello. congratulations for your videos. I just bought my first Ludwig classic maple set 22 ", 13", 16". I have to tune it and I still don't know where to start. I bought a DRUMDIAL drum tuner but I don't know the tension values to apply. do you have any advice for me? thanks. Greetings from ITALY ✌.
congratulations..I am writing from Italy and I have started playing again after many years of STOP. if I started playing the drums, I owe it to BONZO and from BONZO I want to start again.....at 51 I managed to buy my first LUDWIG CLASSIC MAPLE and, for me it is a dream come true..... I'm watching your videos and they help me learn more.....Thanks. greetings from Italy ✌.
@@adityarifqi5286 If I remember, both snare head and bottom reso head were equally tuned about medium. The mic I was using ( a cheap M-Audio NOVA condenser mic) picked up more of the bottom end than the high end, which is what I was looking for in trying to copy the sound of Denny Carmassi's Ludwigs. What a great drummer he is!!
@ChannelingJohnBonham I could watch you all day, it's fascinating. You don't get to see how the sound is made in concert, in my experience. The drums in the back, with the exception of percussion like Santana. I'm proud to say I saw Led Zeppelin at the Kingdome in Seattle, and watching and hearing you really slaps a smile on my heart. Big fan✌️
