After 3 years still an helpful guide. The thing with me was i never could get this. Yet my kickoffs are really fast. I was certain that i was speedflipping on the kickoff. But i just could never hit this ball somehow. What the problem was for me was when i just kept on trying i just held boost constant. That's where i didn't hit the ground first on this pack. But also i have boost on circle and jump on x. But the thing was i also hold my drive button while speedflip. When you hold drive and boost at the same time it's not exactly the same exact time when the timer starts. Most of the time i would press R2 first and slightly after my boost button. Which is killing the timer. I hope you understand what i try to explain lol. But I'm glad i figured this out haha

Bakkesmod has a plugin that has indicators for your spd, jump timing, cancel timing, angle, input, boost time and so on. Get it. It will tell you EXACTLY down to the millimeter what is wrong.
This is literally impossible how fast do I have to do it. I’m doing it as fast as I can and it still shows up backwards. This is bs. I hate this mechanic

This is exactly how I started learning resets, in about 3 months I succesfully hit a double flip reset in training, sadly didn't record it , it is still hard to hit 1 consistently but I started learning it as a champ so make sense why I learned it quickly , it is the most dope mechanic in the game imo

While I still cant air dribble (cuz I'm at gold 3) this video is the one that actually has made me improve the most. When I started I couldn't even get close to the ball, now 30% of the time I can set it up to where I am close and under the ball (but I still cant keep it in the air using my boost)
Well simply yes I disagree, 45 degree flicks are not the most powerful/best. The most powerful/best is the Mawkzy flick.(yes I know this comment is three years late(r) No hate, good video.
This should be the ONLY speedflip tutorial. Been trying to figure this out since C1... almost GC now and after watching this video can finally do it. You're the speedflip GOAT.

Thank you for the video ❤ Still cant do it. Almost every time I try speedflipping, I notice some sparks/contact of the car, I think when being at atound 3/4 of the rolling motion. Also, my car does not seem to flick up slightly as I see this happeing in pro speedflips. Any idea on what being wrong? Btw, both appears even with all bars on green in Mustys training pack combined with the Bakkesmod speedflip checker.
can someone explain why so many ppl love SND? i dont understand the intrigue. i honestly dont like the game mode. but have noticed thats what all the streamers are always playing
While I do believe this is a good tip for most players, personally I've always found wall-to-air plays to be easier than ground-to-air. But perhaps that's because more than 95% of my reps are off wall.
I did it, after 10 hours. Thank you so much. My mistake was as you said, don't keep the joystick down. If someone is struggling with this, this might help: If you are cancelling too slow, think that you have to cancel before doing the second jump. Use manual air roll. Automatic one difficults the angle of dodge.
