I had surgery 3 months ago for a salivary cancer removal and I ended up losing my R facial nerve. I only go out with a face mask. I think I’ll never recover from it. Thank you for talking about , nobody can imagine how it is only who goes through it.

The discomfort is real and definitely suppressing I guess. What are the options? Not that many! - to deal with it or … F it I’d rather have my girl with deficiency than losing her. Just my 2 cents.

My husband is 82 and through an MRI they have found a meningioma the size of a ping pong ball he said but it is benign, They are going to check him every year, It’s in the front left of his brain, I need to know is this still dangerous and what should I look for as his wife, he is good for his age
Thanks for the comment. Definitely make sure your husband continues to get checked, as a tumor can still do damage if it grows, even if it is benign. Depending on the location, he could experience dizzy spells, eye/sight issues, headaches, mood changes, etc. Keep him going in for regular check ups. So glad he is doing well so far. I need advise can you help. My dad had a brain tumor removed in feb but he is very ill know he is sick every day feels dizzy loosing mussel mass and weight I weigh more than him and I am a small guy he was a big rugby type of guy. My dad keeps saying hes dyeing. He refuses to see doctors or go to hospital. He can barley do any thing before he is tired and sleeps alot what is going on will he recover any advise would be helpful. regards.
@yorkshirekoi2246 I am so sorry to hear this. Has he done any hearing/balance therapy? Tumors around the ear can cause many issues, including dizzy spells, which can be debilitating. I went to balance therapy and met with a specialist to learn how to deal with the dizzy spells, and learn how to gain balance in walking and moving post tumor. Call his doctor/medical team and let them know of the continued struggles and ask if he can be prescribed some therapy. Good luck!! God bless. Please keep me posted on his progress. Jodi
@natalia400, thanks for asking. The reason the "type" of tumor is not all over my videos is because the final pathology was indeterminate. It did not match any of the named types of tumors, so not always easy to explain. My neurosurgeon said it was some kind of mass of tissue and cells, but not any of the known and named varieties on record. Glad you found me here. My head feels so heavy especially in thee back and i feel very dizzy i couldn't hold my head with my neck,one my eyes have become small and i have double vision because of that eye... It started suddenly after a week of exams for me.. What could be the reason?

I have just found out I have a glioma in the right side of my brain and will be having either a resection or biopsy followed by radiation and chemo. You have helped me focus on the Lord. Someone told me to “keep fighting” but I feel like I must keep “resting” in Him, my good Shepherd. The Lord Jesus was also talking about His “brethren”, the Jewish people. This was prophetic as He knew the world would come against them in the latter times, as we see happening. 😰 Love and blessings to you and your family.🙏🏼❤️🕯️✝️

My son died because of Brain tumor. Last December 31, 2023. It was so fast since July 4 when we first recognized his face half paralysis. At first I think he has tooth inflamation or something on his face but after a month the symptoms of Brain Tumor came. That was terrible 😭 He vomit almost everyday and there are sudden changes about his face everytime he vomit the face paralysis shown. We were in the hospital since Aug-December. And after the long wait of his surgery on Nov 25, 2023.. He passed away 😭 It's still live me hanging without the doc. answering my questions were did those tumor coming from.
I am soooo sorry for the loss of your son. That is absolutely heartbreaking. I will be praying for your family to have some peace from God. HE WILL NOT BE FORGOTTEN. God bless.

Before the removal of the tumor, I felt dizziness almost daily. Now, I still have dizzy spells, but nothing like before the surgeries. It was incredibly debilitating. First saw your 4 year ago video and hoped that you were still with us , clicked onto your channel and thank God you’re still here .Good luck strong lady , wishing for you and yours many decades of happiness together.
It is the doctor that is of the utmost importance.. I had this in 2017..i visited almost 10 doctors and out of it only 1 or 2 gave me a very CONFIDENT ANSWER that yes I have done surgery for it and I will able to do it without making any damage to the facial nerve... There were doctors who gave very compromising or ridiculous answers because they had less experience in this type of cases.. Now after 7 years of surgery in 2024 I am in the best condition and enjoying my life with no facial or any other issue. Yes but my hearing on right side has gone away but that is fine.. Always go for best doctor for your brain.. Best of luck dear. Your husband and family is really awesome. Take care. Do fasting as it can kill down the tumours.

@@JodiOrgillBrown Essentially, from my perspective, Artificial intelligence is going to completely disrupt the accounting industry. My goal, if god wants me to, is to get ahead of this by creating software using the latest tools available. I've spoken to people that tell me I'm in a unique position because of the tax expertise and the software development background. Ultimately this will give me a little more time to spend with family and friends and hopefully more income in the future. :)

@RayTheTexGuy Good question. I think the reality is that my age and overall health simply didn't suggest something as critical as a tumor. Mine was not the "typical" case for a tumor. I don't believe it was negligence, simply "the most likely scenario" was thought to be true. (Hence, believing I had an ear infection, stress migraines, etc.) I'm grateful I learned to advocate and keep pushing, but because it happened over months, not days, I don't think any of us initially connected my symptoms to a bigger cause. Now, however, I advocate and tell others to be more insistent and ask sooner. We learned the hard way with me. Thanks so much for your comment and for watching the video. Glad you found me here. @@JodiOrgillBrown Thank you so much Jodi! I think you pushed me over the edge so I'm going to get some imaging done. I would think the medical system would want to discard worse-case scenarios first then work it from there. It seems like what they want is to test for all the less serious stuff to bill the insurance companies until they get to the worse case scenario and then bill for that. That's why I'm thinking it's just a business decision on the part of the medical industry and not as much about care.
Wow.......10 ft pole!!!!! 😯. you're so strong.... .I consulted with many neurosurgeons ....and also said....if I was your daughter or wife... What WOULD you suggest? Gamma Knife was wisely advised.. I am back to normal.... except for relentless tinnitus. Meningioma on the cerebellapontine, leading into the left IAC. GOD BLESS YOU 🙏🏼🙌🏼😘
