My initial brain tumor removal was in 2009. The surgery from this video was in Oct 19, 2023, my 16th surgery related to my tumor and facial paralysis journey. What else can I tell you? Stay tuned for more hope, inspiration, and courage! God bless, Jodi

oh my you had 16 surgeries?! i might as well kill myself as my brain tumor has a size of 10cm!! first brain scan was on October 23, 2023. My doc advised that I should have it removed immediately and not wait. But I don't feel anything more serious than a slight headache on the left side of head, and slight weakness on right leg when walking.

@@mjtgcpa120 I am so glad you are doing well and feeling better. Do not despair, your surgery may be the only step you needed to take care of your tumor. My situation was different and many of my surgeries have been because of the complications and side effects of the tumor. Please stay strong and keep in touch! Jodi

I’m scheduled to have brain surgery to remove an arachnoid cyst from the posterior left brain… it is embedded deep and effecting my spine and right side mobility mostly my foot… I stumble and trip … the doctor has recommended surgery for the 25 th January … he’s trying to find a place to go in so not to injure me to much as where it is if the motor area . He says I’ll be back to work in 2 weeks . After surgery… hi arachnoid cyst, which is a cerebral fluid cyst was found 10 years ago so I thought I was having mini strokes so they did all kinds of test MRI never smaller than half a centimeter so they decided to wait so every year they monitored and nothing happened. It didn’t grow my symptoms got better and then three years ago March 2020. I failed to the crown and the ground was swishing went to the emergency room they found the cyst. It was only 1 cm right 2 cm didn’t feel like they needed to do brain surgery at the time so we did all kinds of other therapies in 2022 I started feeling really bad dizzy, spells pressure but still they didn’t feel it was big enough to do the brain surgery until this November, he went on a trip to Ireland and when I came back I could hardly function hardly walk. I was dizzy and headaches I was tripping I was stopping things with my right hand so I went in and the doctor said yeah you need to go see a surgeon so we have started the MRIs that scans Dat scans heart scans bloodwork in preparation for surgery. My family is very concerned they’re going to be here two daughters and my husband and they feel after I’ll be done. Will be ready to go on vacation again and continue to live life like we always have spring break, rodeos vacations on the beach etc. but I feel internally that’s not gonna happen after surgery. I just have this feeling they are doing craniotomy. It is a double in size from last year millimeters by 5 mm. I think I struggle with this by husband retired he enjoys golf exercising I can’t even walk in my front yard pass my front door. What is he on at this age am I 70 retired able to travel to things like all our other friends are doing travel to go see her grandchild and I am not able to do that. I feel like crutch for him. I do worry about what am I look like afterwards. And I feel guilty about having last night your articles and your videos have helped me a lot. I want to see appreciate other day for the anointing of the sick. I got that blessing and it was beautiful. He told me the minute that I wake up and open my eyes After that surgery at that moment and he said to start praying for all the people on that floor for all the doctors and the nurses and probably patient time in brain surgery brain cancer, and pray for them because many of them might not be as blessed as I am I am in faith in the Lord and having my family to be able to be around me to take care of me
