Thanks so much for your interest in my videos and my brand "TheSalonGuy". It means the world to me! Watch celebrity Red Carpet Interviews, Fashion Events, Hair Shows, Celebrities, Motivation, Inspiration, Hair Tutorials, How To's, Education and videos in the Salon and Beauty Industry.
I started TheSalonGuy brand 14 years ago after the passing of my Mother and discovering a role model of mine who has a few books on turning your passion into a business. I have spent the last 20+ years in the salon industry, tech and fashion. I left the industry at some point to become a Fireman and Aux. Police Officer. I did 6 years service and resigned shortly after 9/11.
I have a passion for helping people, educating and motivating. I work with major brands, local businesses and individuals looking to expand and grow.
I am posting videos 5 times a week. My videos will be focused on celebrity hairstyles, athletes, models, actors, social media stars and event videos.
I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR HOW TO FIX BAD HAIRCUT VIDEOS FOR SO LONG BRO. MY MOM TOOK ME TO THIS PLACE AND THEY GAVE ME THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WANTED AND MY MOM REFUSES TO TAKE ME TO A NEW PLACE TO CUT IT, SO IM JUST GONNA CUT IT MY MYSELF
No offense to you but I swear I’m gonna make a shirt “always trust the bald barber” because my barber is bald but cuts my hair the best and my dad is bald isn’t a barber but cut my hair perfectly.
What should i do if my hair is not thick and uneven because of some cuts i did by uneven i mean like mid right side has long hair but the mid left side is like 40% of the right side and my scalp is visible from the top because of the volume
I'm probably the only Indonesian here watching your videos, thank you for sharing your knowledge, I'm a depressed 21 year old who never had a job and I'm looking forward to be a hairstylist or barber as good as you, and I know it's kinda dramatic and nobody cares, I really thank you for all the knowledge I got from your channel, I learn a lot from your videos.
This is sooooo helpful!! I wish I had seen it before I first hacked my hair, then went to a stylist who hacked it even worse! I've been hacking away almost daily to make it work, but at least now I can force it into a shape that I want with a lot of effort, flat ironing and hairspray. I would love for it to go naturally into this style (kind of a shag/Jennifer Anniston look), but I fear that my only solution is to trust a professional. Yikes!! I am so shellshocked. I have only had one good stylist (a male) but I moved out of the area. You are a lifesaver since covid!! Thank you for all of your effort!
Since pandemic, dear man I've watched you many times and used your techniques on hubbie, son and myself... with great results, all tutorials are... excellent!!
I’ve been trying to cut my own hair the last year or two but I like it a little long. The disclaimer you gave about your experience and how much harder it is to cut your own hair, made me realize I’ve been too harsh in myself. I cut my hair every 2-3 months so I don’t get much opportunity to practice. I’m only interested in cutting my own hair so I should be more patient and realistic as you said. Thank you for the wisdom 🙏
@@tamimshanto1740Try using some volumizing shampoo 2 prevent it from staying flat it will give you tons of volume nd helps making your hair appear more fuller, try using products that are lightweight, products on the thicker/heavier side tend 2 weigh hair down also making it flat
It works if you use a razor blade, like the type they use at barber shops. Works miracles if the blade is slightly jaggered. Nothing happens if you use an electric shaver.
