09/05/24 will be one year of having a AMS700and absolutely love my new life, wife started pellet therapy and her drive is better than ever, not unusual to have sex 4 or 5 times a week including morning and being spontaneous. Our sessions usually last 2 plus hours which is possible since your constantly hard. Highly recommended.

I have had an IPP. Length is same girth is larger. I used a pump before and cycled after. Question can I use the pump post implants?? Should I do it inflated or not? Thanks so much.
Dr Perito is the best! He Performed my virgin implant surgery and then my revision when the pump failed. I talked to him about the tip placement and informed me just as he has here, that the ends of my corpora bodies sat back away from the corona of the glans so the tips were not "inside" the glans at all. fortunately, it hasn't been a problem. I don't have floppy glans and as he explained to me there are horror stories from patients whose other implant doctors actually intentionally perforated through the end of the corpora to place the tips mid glans. not good, as this could cause erosion and need for revision.
For whatever it's worth and I don't know how long you've had your implant I'm over 20 months in, floppy head was an issues but it resolved itself quite some time ago. And yes Perito is the best!
It was 2.5 years. not typical and we suspect a manufacturing defect. nevertheless, the Doc took great care of me, got a new and slighly larger implant in and back in action. no regrets and very satisfied@captaincaveman2040
Is the problem with mid glans erosion? Because I can feel mine mid glans and mine was put in by a certified Coloplast center in Atlanta. 4 years and it’s been amazing so far.
@jerryroberts4745 - IMO (have had two implants within three years) if your tips are still within your corpora bodies and you are fortunate that those bodies extend into the Glans, then (again IMO from how it has been explained to me) you should be fine. A complication could arise if the tips were positioned to protrude outside the end of the bodies and into the Glans.
@@DrPaulPerito I got a malleable and am smaller than I was before. One doctor suggested it was just retraction and swelling and to wait a year. Another doctor suggested immediate revision but wanted to use saline injected into the corporal body during revision.

If I choose to get a malleable implant and my dedicated, high-volume center performs 490 IPPs per year but only 10 malleables/year, does that mean I’m essentially going to a low-volume center for a malleable implant? In countries like Brazil, India, or Egypt, where the situation is reversed with low-volume IPPs and high-volume MPPs, would it be better for me to consider traveling internationally for an MPP (Genesis/Tactra/Rigi10 devices).

Went to Singapore and other Asian vacation destinations from February through April of this year. Can't wait to return again. Everything is 5 stars at a fraction of the cost here. I've had a penile implant inserted. Once the tubes are put in the corpus cavernosum, a natural erection can't be obtained, but where does the blood go that filled the cavernosum?
If you have a penile implant, your "natural erection" either didn't exist or was, at best, short-lived. Implant patients do experience increased blood flow with arousal, especially if serial dilation was avoided during implantation.

Question if someone is getting the implant do to ED and meds don't work. Why do they give the same meds to made the head of the penis hard for sex when the meds don't work in the first place why not put filler in the head after the implant but as a combo so the penis feel more like a erect penis to women than just a half of a erection which women feel the point of the implant giving the pain from it do to the head not being erect
Filler in the glans is reabsorbed quickly. If you can afford it, go for it, but most centers doing this for anything other than premature ejaculation are charlatans. To maximize your own blood flow, you should exercise, take a pde5 inhibitor and make sure your testosterone levels are normal. Take action in your own rehab!
With your patented technique, is filler migration to the foreskin possible? I've read that only happens if the filler is not injected deep enough. Do you guarantee that it won't? An in the event it does what the course of correction.
I'm not sure where you're receiving your data... Be careful. Yes, HA can migration into the foreskin and it has nothing to do with depth. But, if performed by a UroFill® provider, the algorithmic follow-up should allow them to model it back into place at a minimum or dissolve it with an enzyme at a maximum.
@DrPaulPerito I was reading on the forums Phalloboards. They show some uncircumcised men have a good tapered look or even sometimes cylinder look. Great results. They all praised the Dr's technique of deep injection. The uncircumcised men that complained all said it was squishy and the foreskin was filled up in the shape of a lightbulb. The foreskin looked like it was filled with water. Those men said they felt like it was injected right under the skin and not into the correct layer (forgot the name) that it was actually supposed to be injected. I think they even used the term "injected artificially"

Con todo el repecto a esta tecnica y al Doctor ..en lo particular me he gastado bastante..pero bastante tiempo en leer artículos referentes a diferentes técnicas de alargamiento y en este caso de engrosamiento..y la distintas maneras de hacerlo...en el caso de los fillers como estos (porue a la larga es un fillers no es mas) ..me quedan demasiadas..pero demasiadas dudas...e indagado en otros medios y estos si muestran un antes y un depues en video..lo explican pero ademas que lo explican lo muestran que es lo mas interesante..es decir muestran en vídeos la aplicación de los fillers en cada paciente..llamese el filler que apliquen--pero en definitiva lo muestran con pacientes reales, y asi uno como observador y posible candidato a esta técnica ya se hace una idea de que se puede esperar de los resultados finales y eso me parece excelente, también es así que e indagado por los otros fillers, con UROFILL ha sido bastante tedioso, y no es por el hecho de explicar en que consiste el procedimiento, porque se ganta su tiempo en explicar es decir bla bla bla...mucha lora pero al final del te, no muestran nada...y pues uno queda dudoso de este procedimiento..porque a la larga critican al resto de fillers como tal de otros medicos..pero ellos utilizan la misma historia un filler.. como les digo uno no tiene de donde agarrarse porque no hay vídeos, no hay evidencias, ni comentarios de la gente que se lo haya practicado como si lo hay en otras partes donde si he leído por los procedimiento de filler... My implant surgery was a disaster. I have not orgasmed since my surgery. I would orgasm about once a week before. My penis is now smaller. It does not reach my wife's cervix. She says she can't feel my penis now. I'm very unhappy with the procedure.
For guys not familiar with implants or the post operative procedures or therapy please slow down. Rapid fire talking and quick explanation is not helpful.

If you are still producing testosterone but in low amounts , will taking TRT actually stop your body from making any testosterone at all? Or can it co-exist and still allow your body to produce?
Please address the comment that this implant "restores" what has been lost due to atrophy caused by ED. This is not accurate. The implant stops atrophy; it will not replace what is lost. Please make this clear. Dr Perito is correct that any man who is concerned about loss of 'size' should act ASAP after getting a RP or losing his nightly erections due to cancer treatments...if you dont act sooner than later the loss is permanent. You cant ask for added length of implant to restore what you lose; I know this by personal experience. Dr Perito did my implant and it works great. But is not anywhere near what I had before I was operated on. Thanks
Thanks for your comment. Penile implants aren't made to specifically restore size, but they do generate expansion with time and effort. We will clarify this.
