To keep this short one day I realized I have unknown charges from Hostgator on my credit card. With my luck the charges dated back to 2022 from statements I could find and possibly much more. Hostgator confirmed they had my Credit card linked to a different account on their system other that does not belong to me. So either they got hacked, breached or just duplication credit cards on other accounts trying to make more money. In either scenario they are not to be trusted. I have had a case open with them since September 2024 in regards to getting all my money back. However they are asking for proof via ARN number. It's taken them 9 months to refund half my charges. Still waiting on the rest of money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. UNLESS TOU WANT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR MONEY STOLEN. THEY ARE THIEVES.

You did not cover the editor for existing customers. The editor does not show up anywhere once inside gator account and there is no support for it either!
Hi. I don't understand why thunderbird adds a different password under my manager right after the one I created. It ultimately makes my email fail but it does work the first time I change my email or enter it in.
