There is really nothing to be confused about here though. Her calories input are below 1000 everyday but she makes the effort to diversify how she eats throughout the day I guess so it does seem like she is eating a lot when in fact she isn’t. People need to realize they are not gaining weight because of two slices of bread and two eggs but because of the extra calories. Each meal in the video counts 300 calories at most. It’s math and biology.
How is this a diet that gets you lose nearly 10kg? Im confused and can’t believe it one bit. It’s fine eating eggs, but instant noodles and rice? And dinner? For me it’s a diet that’ll get me gain weight, unless I’m already under a strenous workout routine.

Please don’t do this diet !! I did this so many times because i hated my body so much . I lost 3kg in 4 days. I was so happy .. but after that when I started eating like before I gained 8kg . And you said you gained 8kg after that because you started to eat like before, of course it will regain your weight nothing lasts forever. You diet to lose weight when you stop diet you still need to eat healthy to maintain your weight not eat like before and expect that it will stay forever. How much calories you eat before?? You gain weight because of calories not the food. We need to eat less calories to lose weight if you eat a lot of sugar and carbohydrate, there are a lot of calories, of course you'll gain your weight. Watch what you eat!!
Her day 2 and 3 was alot of food compared to day 1. Thats still good almost 3kg in 3days she must have a super metabolism. I cant even lose 2kg a week eating less than that, low carbs only vegetables with meat, fish or egg, and im quite active. Must be the stress and lack of sleep lol. Plus being 4.9 height im looking obese no matter the weight.
