You lose weight by calories in calories out you can lose weight eating anything. (JUST SOME FOODS MAKE IT EASIER ) If your burn more calories than the calories you consumed YOU LOSE WEIGHT. (make sure you eat enough calories though or your body will hold on to all the weight and eneter survival mode) Although many foods high in calories are low density means they keep you less full but things like vegetables and stuff are low calorie and high density which means they fill up your stomach more keeping you fuller for longer. THE BEST THING TO EAT TO KEEP YOU FULL WHEN LOSING WEIGHT IS PROTEIN IS YOUR BEST FRIEND HOPE THIS ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS. ALSO YOU DONT HAVE TO TRACK CALORIES TO LOSE WEIGHT IT JUST MAKES YOU AWARE OF HOW YOUR LOSING WEIGHT
