I totally understand how turning crochet into a business can take the fun out of it. I too found myself in the same position. I am wishing you all the best in whatever you are doing. ❤
With regards to the cardigan sweater, I'm alittle confused.. the video says to do groups of 20 and then add 2 for the chain row, but when I go into the link with the instructions it says 147 for the X-LARGE size. That doesn't make the 20 plus 2. Someone please tell me which one it is or how to get the correct number
where is the pattern? when I go to your site it sends me to other websites and not yours. Also what size cardigan are you knitting in this video above?
I came here for the pattern, but I’m leaving loving the song as a travel agent whenever I call Transat holidays this is in their hold music playlist. What was the name of this song again?
Wow - this is a really easy tutorial to follow despite my being a beginner working on a very different project to the one you're showing. Thank you for making this video!
Oops sorry! but I want to use thicker yarn as it is such a cold winter here in Australia! Lovely colours & even so much lovelier to see you back online in YT! Bienvenue & et merci beaucoup. ❤️🥰 j c
Such a cute pattern but I kept having to frog the center skull. I worked it out though. Because it's centered and not offset, I omitted the row of slip stitches that go around the eyes on the centered skull. I hope this helps someone else.
❤❤❤ love those yarns n colors you shared. I tried knitting a scarf inspired by you... but gave up half way thru n ended up crochetting around the knitted part n crochetted the border... i love it. I hope you are working on a long cardigan / sweater with knit n crochet combo. Would be magical
Absolutely beautiful blanket! I love the colors, very beach vibey! The border is pretty too, I’m thinking I have crocheted something similar to that in the past.
I figured out that the chain two at the end of the row when you finish off is to help hide the knot when you go to add the border. (Don’t stitch into the chains). I’ve never seen this done before, but makes a lot of sense.
Why are we chaining two at the end of each row? This is causing a persistent increase every row. I understand that the second of the chain 2 is to pull your yarn through and tie off, but that’s still adding and extra stitch every subsequent row.
I don't think I'll join the dress. I'd prefer to crochet it flat then add buttons for a closure. Seems it would be tricky to keep slipping it over your head every time you put it on
I made this beautiful poncho several years ago and it came out small . I couldn’t figure it out since I used the same yarn and hook you used . I had it tucked away and got it out . I’m wondering could I add sc around the edge to make it longer
