Hi Patrik i just love seeing your videos.. I'm totally a vegan gal but I just love your videos just to see you making soap... hey you Twinning with the soap ❤😅
I'm always happy to watch your videos. I appreciated this biz tips chat! It was encouraging to hear as today I saw another maker mention on her socials that she is considering giving up on RU-vid, which I found discouraging for 2 reasons: 1 I like watching her also, and 2 I'm considering starting my own RU-vid this winter. So hearing your thoughts on it and that it's been a successful thing for you was good to hear! Also I'm always intrigued by the way you approach your soap making.
Hi Pat, it’s so nice to hear from you again and I am so glad you offer your help. I will reach out to you for some help, if possible. I have my website but shut down Etsy long ago due to lack of sales. I posts some RU-vid videos but they are not great tbh. Anyhow great soap and lovely color and you know I love anything mint and citrusy! Thanks
Hello Patrick . I just stumbled across your video and I am so happy I did !!! I subscribed and love your soaps . I am trying to establish my business so thank you for your words to be patient and how to advertise. Love your content . ❤
Hi Patrick, thanks for sharing, I make soap for my family I don't sell I ordered from you, and I told my doctor about your soaps (Quinoa). Keep up the good work you do!
Hello Patrick, I have been watching you, following your journey from the beginning. Your hard work has definitely paid off. I make soap for family, friends and until I retired co-workers. I thought about turning it into more of a business when I retired (also in my sixties) but didn’t. I was afraid, like Belinda, of losing that joy and peace I find in soaping. I wonder also if I should take the leap and try it anyway. You are a great inspiration Patrick!
Hi Patrick! Thank you for sharing your advice with others. I make soap for family and occasional gifts. Some have asked me to sell, but I work full-time. Therefore, soaping is stress-reliving and joyful for me. Not sure if I would enjoy it if it was a business. Timing is also a part as I am pondering retirement. I don't want to get stressed out by something that is currently fun. Hope that makes sense. So...am I holding myself back?
It sadly is a lot worse these days now. I do agree we all really want in the end is to have a healthy good life. Plus i love this soap you are making. I use only Goats milk in my soaps. It makes for a beautiful soap.
We found one in my neighbor’s yard I thought it was very interesting. So I googled it to see kind of tree it was. Will research to see how to make soaps & etc. Thanks for your video.
Thank u from South Africa. I make Glycerine soap. N I use plastic because of the look of the soaps. But I love this look as well. 🙌 Have n awesome day. ❤ from South Africa 🇿🇦
I just wanted to point out that St. Andrews cross is more like an X rather than a crucifix. Which, after knowing that, totally makes sense with the name.
Hi Patrick, the soap is very nice!! I remember the last 2 times I used Lemongrass essential oil, the butters accelated tremendously on me. I love the smell, but it was hard to work with. I see yours did pretty good.
It was such a wonderfùl surprise to see your uploaded video tonight. Congratulations on winning such a beautiful silicone mold and box. Sadly thats something we dont have down here a decent mold maker. Wonderfùl to see yourself, Doug and Demona enjoying the sunshine outside. Hope everyone is happy and healthy over at Soapy Oaks Farm. Im sorry your second person didnt work out for your business xx
Hi Patrick. So wonderful to see you again and looking so good too. I cannot tell you how happy I am that your business is doing so well as you deserve everything great and good for all your hard work. Big hugs to you my dear friend and tickles for all the critters. X x x
Hi Patrick. Nice seeing you@ Congratulations on winning the soap mold! I agree that the mold is constructed well. It's a win-win when you're getting a workout lifting it. Sorry the second person didn't work out. If I lived closer, I'd retire from my job and work for you! Since I live in Georgia, that's not impossible. Although we are dealing with the same heatwave. Again, it's lovely to see you creating more soap. All the best! Belinda
My favorite soap you make are these oatmeal Maunka bars. I haven't heard you mention Barry in a while. Our animals become such a part of us, Gods angels to get us thru whatever, and keep us company/sane. I pray you stay in good health, sending love and hugs ❤
Thanks for the video. However, during preparation you added more oil to the same amount of monthol and camphor, whic impacted the exact concentration of the solution. Can you specify what the extra amount was?
