Sir, I added almonds, cashews, gond(goonder), pak masala(ayurvedic), gokhru, piprimool, elaichi, nutmeg and soonth, added half jaggery and half sugar. Decorated it with melon seeds. Trust me sir, this ragi has helped me overcoming weakness. Will add walnuts in next batch

in peyaji , we prefer not to add maida or refined flour, it's only besan or gram flour, some rice flour, salt, chilli, and a bit of red chilli powder (optional), and ajwain...that makes it yummy and delicious... adding maida makes it lose its crispness later, also sugar isn't added...
