Reading a few of the comments , subscribers are divided , instead of going cap in hand why not make it a positive video. iInstead of saying your uncomfortable say for those who want to push the channel forward with a small donation then I have recommended A , B or C. Explain how any donation will be used Travel , transport etc etc , were do you draw the line for personal use ? Seen other youtubers creat a channel then a second channel then a paid subscription channel 99p per month , all extra income ,
I think M&S, and other supermarkets, shy away from really hot curries, such as you would find in restaurants and takeaways. I think they aim to please the 'learners' on the curry scene. Since becoming less mobile I use M&S ready meals |(via Ocado) often, including curries, and find the quality to be outstanding. As you demonstrated they never scrimp on the meat content, whereas your regular supermarket curry would likely have 4 or 5 tiny portions of chicken. I've never tried the 'meal for one' but it looks fantastic value for money, especially when you take the quality into consideration. Add a few chilli flakes if it's too mild for you. A really good video on this.
Why not set up a Patreon account and you can let your members see out-takes and other content that nobody else will see on YT? I follow 2 lovely people, one in the DIY niche and one in the Home Automation and both have over 500 Patreon members and I think the creator gets to keep a much bigger % than our friends at Alphabet will give you. You are an excellent presenter with fabulous content delivered honestly. Your walks are very informative and worth watching too. You work really hard to deliver watching pleasure every time to your viewers and I for one realise how much you put into every video. Thank you for being you, Deano. There is not much left from my state pension, so you will have to settle for my written thanks for now but if I win the lottery, I shall take you for a slap up feed. All I have to do now is to remember to buy s lottery ticket. Hugs
I don't want anything that only patreon or members can see. I want my videos to be free for everyone. I don't want to be setting a "price" for people to pay for extra content or anything like that. I was just being asked quite a bit about donations and I always said don't send anything. Then the super thanks came and I for one wouldn't be happy if I sent a creator a tenner and they only got four quid from it. So this way there is a way that people can donate whatever they want, whenever they want knowing it will be recieved by me in its entirety and I can use it for the good of the channel. I'm going to buy a drone with the donations I think. Be good to get some ariel shots of the places I visit.
This is a bit greasy Deano. Would appreciate a patreon link with extra content for the money etc but a direct paypal link seems like a shady practice. Not happy.

👋Deano....Used to have some good nights out in Elland with my mate who lived there at the time....(I'm still in Rastrick)....We used to drink in the Rising Sun or Caddy Shack then go to Zam Zams for a kebab (Peter Kay once went there)....Was Surprised when you said you went to Reinswood School....I did too but left in 1977 so not sure when it became Rastrick High, enjoy your videos so keep up the good work!👍
As a recent subscriber I can honestly say that me, and most of my friends don't worry about salt content a take more than the recommended daily amount, and we are all healthy pensioners. Also, the channel as it is, is fine by me, different videos make for good variety
Deano's absolutely right - the best way to support a creator is to watch and interact with the video, leave a comment, leave a like - it all really helps !

Dont feel uncomfortable. It is something that is sort of exepected now from youtubers :) just keep listing the links in the description and it is up to your viewers what they do. The only annoyng ones are the ones that hint at it in every video, avoid that and you are not doing anything unexpected!!!
